The location was great! There is shopping and food near by! The staff were kind and inviting! There is lots of parking and evwn though it is right off the highway you don’t notice high traffic.

There was no bath in the room which I didn’t realize til after booking. Not ideal with having a baby, but we made it work!

I was lit parking. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. I liked they had dove products even though I take my own.

The elevator was a little sketchy. The eggs were a little salty. They didnt have a hair dryer or a refrigerator. It was only a one night stay but I like to keep water in a fridge.

The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location was great. We stayed the night before our 7 days cruise. We were about 35 minutes from the port. The only problem I had was that the hotel did not offer free breakfast like most hotels.

It was clean and quiet and staff was nice!

Our air cooled but seemed not cool enough and tv had weird lights(dots) in the middle that we could see while watching tv.

Location right off highway. Near lots of restaurants. Gas right there for easy get back on road. Front check in staff was great and pleasant overall experience

Staff was wonderful! The bed and pillows were excellent .my husband and I had a great night sleep.The bathroom was freshly redone .The location was perfect for our trip.

The building was a little old .we had kids jumping on the ceiling above us and we thought they were going to break the light fixtures, or fall thru.

Staff was helpful and all the facilities were clean. The pool was nice and warm and we were visiting our grand kids and they had a ball swimming and playing.

The hotel is older and it shows, even though it is clean the elevator was slow and beat up. The rooms are small and the furniture could use some updates. The bathroom was tiny and the hot water was warm with the shower stuck on a very narrow stream. There was a mix up in our room where the staff did not put us in the correct room on the computer so when we got back to the hotel after a very long day we were locked out of our room and had to go back downstairs and stand in line for them to reactivate our keys. That wasn't a major deal but very aggravating when you are tired.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was extremely cold in the room. Location was great right by the innerstate and lots of places to eat withing minutes. Really enjoyed the indoor heated pool.

Beads were a little hard, shower needed to be hotter. We had the stuff to make coffee In our room but no coffee maker.

The property was very clean. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

No microwaves in the room. That is all.
