The room was a nice size and there was extra furniture we could use from the closet

They put a $200 hold on our account(in addition to the price of the room), and it hasn't been taken off, and this is the 3rd day after we checked out). I understand it is in the fine print, but realistically, no one reads that, and when it comes to finances, it should be in BOLD print. I've stayed in many hotels and never experienced this.

Enjoyed hot oats, bagels with strawberry cream cheese and good tasting coffee at breakfast. Bed was very comfortable. Liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Mary was friendly at evening check-in.

Shower was kinda weird to operate. Instead of little bottles for hair and body, might be more effective to have dispensers attached to wall of shower so people could use what they really need. IHG hotels use Dove dispensers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Just a suggestion.

Check in was great! Room was clean! Had refrigerator and a microwave!! Bed was super comfortable!! Employees were polite and friendly!! Didn’t go down for breakfast!! Bed was feeling so good we didn’t want to move !!?😃! Would definitely stay there again!! Only fault in the room was bathroom sink , it leaked a little on the floor due to how it was installed 🤷🏽‍♀️

Clean, nice rooms, well taken care of. Very Friendly helpful staff. Laundry room clean and working well. Nice assortment of breakfast offerings if you got there early enough? Comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast offerings for hot food changed daily. Ie scrambled eggs or flat eggs,

While the breakfast appeared to have many lovely offerings , between 8-9 am there was almost nothing still available. The staff seemed oblivious that there was no orange juice, eggs, bagels, or things other than waffles. Not sure if this was to keep people from eating much or that they ran out or just didn't replenish. Fresh fruit would have been really appreciated. Some people don't eat all the pre prepared cereals, bread , waffles etc and want something without sugar. THE INTERNET WAS TERRIBLE. Most of the time I couldn't stay connected even for a few minutes. I couldn't get my boarding pass with no internet or functioning printer.

The stay here was very good. The room was very clean, modern, and spacious. The housekeeping Staff and front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was good, and the layout of the hotel is very nice. At the time of this review there is some road construction near by, but it didn't effect the quality of stay in any way. The beds are your typical hotel beds,comfortable enough to get rest in after the long drive on the road, but not meant to sleep in  for 12 hours. I wouldn't give that a bad point towards the overall confort because all hotel bed feel like that. If you're a person who likes a medium hard bed then this is a good thing. I'm a medium soft bed person that understands what I'm get when i book the hotel as far as bedding is concerned.

It was a good stay

We loved Remy. He is a gem. The hotel is a bit run down and needs some tlc, but it was very clean. Would totally stay there again. I wish you had a bar and restaurant.

I wish that my curtains didn't have holes in them. I wish that the view was better. It was pretty dismal, but what could you possibly do about that. :). It would have been great if you had a bar.

The staff (front desk and housekeeping) was amazing! Every single person I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and there were a variety of options. It's also close to other food spots. The gym was basic, but you could get a good workout in there (but there was no AC). The room was nice and clean and had everything I needed.

The water pressure was not good in my room and the hot water didn't get as hot as I would have liked.

this location is close to anything you need,food,shopping and thank God, a Walmart close by.

the hotel is very nice but the room we had didn't have hardly any storage for hanging clothes or putting clothes in a dresser.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean, housekeeping was on point. The gentleman that checked us in was a delight!

The pool area left something to be desired. Was not bad for the kid to swim, just expected more from the photos

Very clean, nice rooms, spacious bathrooms, decent complimentary breakfast. Conveniently located near interstate and shopping.

I wish they had more small touches like water bottles and toothpaste in the rooms but they were at the convenience store for sale in the lobby.
