We loved that the room was so clean! It smelled clean like fresh laundry. Also, there were 5 of us and the room was big enough for us. We got the queen suite so we used the sofa bed which was surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom was very clean as well, the water pressure though was not great. But it was not a big deal. The breakfast was great! They the usuals cereal, bread, waffle and biscuit plus sausages and omelet. I was pleasantly surprised with that. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommended!

They put a $200 hold on our account(in addition to the price of the room), and it hasn't been taken off, and this is the 3rd day after we checked out). I understand it is in the fine print, but realistically, no one reads that, and when it comes to finances, it should be in BOLD print. I've stayed in many hotels and never experienced this.

The receptionist was super nice, and checking in was fast. The room was exceptionally clean, and was very spacious for a group of 5. Breakfast was delicious, and dining area was super clean. Getting to and from the Comfort Inn and Suites from the road was very easy. Well worth the price!

Sofa bed could have been easier on one's back. Felt the bar and some springs.

Enjoyed hot oats, bagels with strawberry cream cheese and good tasting coffee at breakfast. Bed was very comfortable. Liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Mary was friendly at evening check-in.

Shower was kinda weird to operate. Instead of little bottles for hair and body, might be more effective to have dispensers attached to wall of shower so people could use what they really need. IHG hotels use Dove dispensers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Just a suggestion.

Check in was great! Room was clean! Had refrigerator and a microwave!! Bed was super comfortable!! Employees were polite and friendly!! Didn’t go down for breakfast!! Bed was feeling so good we didn’t want to move !!?😃! Would definitely stay there again!! Only fault in the room was bathroom sink , it leaked a little on the floor due to how it was installed 🤷🏽‍♀️

The staff(front desk and housekeeping) were so nice and accommodating. The location is also really close to restaurants and not too far from Walmart.

The water didn't get extra hot like I like it, but no one else in my crew cared, so, no big deal.

Our stay was very nice and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast. The beverage in the lobby was a nice touch.

The towels need an upgrade. The felt like sandpaper. The ac unit might need a little maintenance. It made a funny noise whenever it shut off.

Clean, nice rooms, well taken care of. Very Friendly helpful staff. Laundry room clean and working well. Nice assortment of breakfast offerings if you got there early enough? Comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast offerings for hot food changed daily. Ie scrambled eggs or flat eggs,

While the breakfast appeared to have many lovely offerings , between 8-9 am there was almost nothing still available. The staff seemed oblivious that there was no orange juice, eggs, bagels, or things other than waffles. Not sure if this was to keep people from eating much or that they ran out or just didn't replenish. Fresh fruit would have been really appreciated. Some people don't eat all the pre prepared cereals, bread , waffles etc and want something without sugar. THE INTERNET WAS TERRIBLE. Most of the time I couldn't stay connected even for a few minutes. I couldn't get my boarding pass with no internet or functioning printer.

Very clean, front desk very professional. Breakfast was good, although they should warm the biscuits instead of putting them out ice cold and when you put the hot gravy on them it makes the gravy cold

Bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress was hard.

We loved Remy. He is a gem. The hotel is a bit run down and needs some tlc, but it was very clean. Would totally stay there again. I wish you had a bar and restaurant.

I wish that my curtains didn't have holes in them. I wish that the view was better. It was pretty dismal, but what could you possibly do about that. :). It would have been great if you had a bar.
