We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which did include scrambled eggs and sausage patties, and the DIY waffles, cereal, yogurt options on each day. The hospitality from the staff was on point for each encounter. Cathi in housekeeping had a genuine concern to help us as we were returning back to the hotel with my mom‘s wheelchair and Paula at the front desk was very friendly and professional upon check-in and checkout. This high level of service means a lot to me as I was in the hotel industry for many many years.

I am not sure why the indoor pool and Jacuzzi had a closed sign on the door throughout my stay because it looked operable.

Nice breakfast. Staff was super accommodating. Very clean facilities and rooms.

We had a water buffalo roomed above us. There was screaming, a massive thud, stomping, and what sounded like furniture being drug around. After being awakened by it, we had to go to the front desk at midnight and ask them to intervene and do welfare check. The noise settled down for a while, but started up again by daylight. Soooo annoying!

Pool was closed and the front desk associate wasn't very friendly. I hate that all hotels have such early check outs. I think u should be able to book a room for 24 hours not if u checking in at 10 pm do u have to check out at 11 am. But that's not this hotel it's all hotels.

From the moment we checked in, I knew this was a great place because the process was smooth and the guy was very nice and had a smile on his face. Location is great and the beds are comfy. Also the breakfast was good.

The room got a little hot at night. I like the room to be cold and dark when I sleep and it was not cold enough for my liking maybe the air conditioner should be looked at. No big deal though the bed was comfy and I got some sleep.

Location was great, easy check in and check out, the room and bathroom were a good size, the room was in pretty good shape and clean.

The bathroom was a little dirty, the toilet paper holders looked like they were going to fall off the wall, no tissues in the bathroom, the bed was not comfy, the plugs on the lamp between the beds didn't work.

It was very convenient to everything in the area. It had an indoor swimming pool.

The AC was broken when we arrived we had to wait over an hour to get another room because they were trying to fix it. Everything in the hotel was dated. The bathroom tub did not drain completely we were there for four days and sometimes it it would take an hour to drain.

Staff was great, kitchen staff was remarkable.

Pool and hot tub was closed during the entire stay. Should have been on booking , we wanted a relaxing swim or hot tub. Rooms were very muggy and air conditioning didn’t seem like it cooled very well. Glad I brought my own fan.

Bathroom tub had no mat.. very slippery.. I fell…took shower before going to dinner..told front desk ..ask for mat for tomorrow morning.. didn’t get.. We had to put towel down so my son wouldn’t fall 😡 Stay there several times prior

Good except coffee and cups were never replenished and liners were not replaced in trash cans. Only small complaint otherwise it was fine. FYI: Only the right plug in works on the bedside lamp.

Clean comfortable beds, excellent front desk and housekeeping, easy check in, perfect customer service and great breakfast. I usually stay here when I have to travel to New Orleans. It’s the perfect little gem
