We were greeted with a gift bag at check-in. Such a nice welcoming touch! For the cost of our stay, we received TOP VALUE in terms of quality, service, and amenities. We only used the fridge and a few utensils, but it was nice to have a full kitchen. We did not use the laundry facilities, but it was great to have it on-site. As a rule, we only book 1-bedroom suites for convenience and added space, and Homewood provided that exactly. We didn't need the outdoor pet area nor used the pool and basketball court, but they were nice options. There was a decent variety of breakfast items and having real plates and silverware elevated the experience. The staff was pleasant (esp the front desk) and worked hard replenishing the breakfast and coffee stations. Never had any issues finding parking, and the lot was well lit. Sure, it's not luxury, but you're also not paying luxury prices! Conveniently located near a gas station, Sam's Club, and Walmart. We saw lots of families staying here, and we felt very safe as well.

The elevator did not run as smoothly as I would've liked, but we had no issues. Other than that, I cannot think of anything else really.

Breakfast was a little weak.... and the Wednesday night dinner was canceled. Door at our end of hotel didn't close or lock. Main elevator didn't work.Our room door didn't latch well either.

The desk clerk promised a second key after we had to visit the desk to program the first key that didn't work. She never came to deliver the second key. Free breakfast should start at 6 a.m. instead of 7 a.m. Early risers like to get on the road sooner.

I liked the layout of the room. It was comfortable and clean. Edge of woods around parking had ltrash in it, but otherwise everything was very well kept.

Location is hard to find because the street sign is missing

The room was fantastic for the price. A separate bedroom had two large beds and the pull out sofa bed was also very large. Kitchen was much larger than expected. Breakfast was great as well.

I didn’t like the pet owners having their dogs around the breakfast area. As a pet owner my self my dogs would stay away from food. This should a policy with the hotel. Just

The WiFi network went out Saturday and I was hoping it would come on but about 10:30 iSunday it was still out so I decided to leave

Location is excellent with Sam's, Walmart and many food options around. Breakfast was above a normal hotel breakfast and overall the front desk staff was friendly.

The rooms are a little outdated and it is a non-smoking hotel but it was clearly obvious people on the first floor were having a party and smoking heavily. The smell hit you as soon as you walked off the side elevator.

The rooms were amazing. The whole hotel was so nice and clean. The breakfast was not that good, but everything else was wonderful.
