The location was wonderful. Our room was very clean, extremely comfortable, and had everything we needed.

The tile floor in the bathroom is extremely slippery when wet as is the shower floor. We are both in our 70s and we were very apprehensive to step into the shower and then when we tried to step out it was also precarious. We strongly recommend grab bars in the shower. We were so afraid, we didn’t shower at all during our stay. Also, the beautiful cheval mirror is great but it needs to be adjusted to be functional. Last but not least, the light switches were absolutely perplexing. We had to pull up a chair and sit for a while by the switch as we worked on trying to turn the overhead lights off. It actually took us that long that we needed to pull up a chair. Otherwise, we totally love this hotel. I’m not sure if we’d come again unless they install grab bars in the shower.

It was a wonderful time at Abita Springs Hotel. Everything very clean, perfect equipments and little things all around the apartment (like chocolate at the bed or make up remover in the bathroom). We enjoyed our stay and sitting on the porch or in the beautiful garden. Also we took the two free bicycles from the Hotel and discovered Abita Springs. Restaurants and a great local supermarket is situated closely at the Hotel. We will come back again. Thanks for everything.

The location was perfect! It was across the street from the Abita Brewery and in walking distance to cafes and the farmer's market. We walked on the trace and we had use of the bikes for an afternoon ride. The gardens were well kept and offered a peaceful area to sit and chat. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed.

Charming hotel with lovely rooms, and pretty gardens. Enjoyed the porch for eating and reading. Very easy access to walk to restaurants and stores. Right on the trail. It was just a lovely place to be.

couldn't quite figure out the tv............but we haven't seen Kojak in years, so that was fun!

We traveled from San Francisco to Daytona, Florida, crossing all the southern states. This hotel was the best in this price range. Everything about this hotel was perfect: clean, comfortable, quiet, cozy.

We stayed in the downstairs apartment #5. It was perfect! Spacious, neat, beautiful decor! Kitchen well stocked-everything you would need for a comfortable stay! The location was the big bonus-sweet little community plus the Tammany Trace trail right in front of property!

We loved Everything about this boutique style hotel! From the ambience and serene atmosphere inside and out, to the large, high ceiling bathroom with claw foot bath and separate shower... This is a place we look forward to revisiting!

The location -- within a block of our friends' home and the wedding we were attending was excellent. Abita Springs is a cute little town with access to a long biking/hiking trail and a couple of decent restaurants. We got plenty of coffee and creamers to make a good cup in the room. The upstairs porch, overlooking the spring water pool, with the sound of the fountain, was delightful. It was very peaceful and quiet despite a fairly busy road nearby.

I loved the location as the Hotel is tucked under and between some of the prettiest and coolest oak trees. Wrap around porch with rocking chairs everywhere.
