The bed was very comfortable and clean. I liked that the room had a refrigerator and microwave and large screen TV. Felt very safe. I loved that they provided afternoon fresh baked cookies and lemon water. Breakfast had several choices and fresh coffee with flavored creamer (which I love).

I was a little disappointed that my room was not straightened every day because we stayed 4 nights. Things like making the bed and replacing towels, empty trash cans. Also, we had crickets in our room. We could not figure out how they were getting in. Elevator smelled like onions every morning from the breakfast bar.

Great location, property is well kept, staff are extremely friendly and nice Elena at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful I loved her spirit, as well as Jerry and they lady that cooked the breakfast although I don't remember her name.

There was an extremely peculiar smell when we first entered like it had been closed up for a while with no air circulating. I went to Walmart to get some products to get the scent out of our room and it was fine after that. Also The air conditioner would stop cooling by itself during the night so I would turn it off and turn it on.

Breakfast was great. Huge selection and the employee kept everything stocked and clean.

I had some one on the floor above me with kids jumping off the bed and couch at 11:30 at night. It was rather irritating when you pay that much money. Other than that the hotel was very quiet. I would also suggest something to hold on to when getting in and out of the bathtub. I am not handicapped but am older and needed something for balance.The tub was slick and I was afraid I was going to fall.

The property exceeded our expectations, the food selection was very good, The make yourself waffles were great, lots of options for fruit, oatmeal, cold cereal, juices and more. The bacon and eggs or sausage was really nice, biscuits with optional gravy was a nice surprise. Staff kept cleaning and refreshing the buffet, very friendly and nice.

The toilet in our room was not securely fastened to the floor. Everytime I sat down it rocked forward. It was mildly annoying I can understand as the bathroom looked to have been recently upgraded. Someone forgot to bolt the toilet down.

Breakfast had excellent choices to meet a variety of diet requirements. Staff was always friendly and responsive. Room was very spacious as well as the bathroom (handicap accessible). Would definitely stay here again.

Getting to the parking lot was difficult especially after dark, but that was due to construction, and not the hotel’s fault.

I love the friendly staff at the front desk and also the front end manager and also the friendly lady in the breakfast area I think 💭 her name was Shelia great smile and she greeted you It made me take my off the things my grandkids loved the breakfast

Rooms are old and the air wasn’t as cold. The shower was not as clean in the bottom as I would like had to shower in my slippers I didn’t realize I booked a handicap room the blinds didn’t go all the way down to keep out sun!

College Graduation for Granddaughter very good location. Staff very friendly and helpful. The whole facility was very clean and clean rooms. That is the most important factors. Check In and Out was done very quickly. Great Job !! I will recommend to friends and family.

Did not see any garbage cans outside. People put trash from eating in car outside on the ground by sliding doors in front. It was rude of the people that put it on ground! Shame on them!

Location and size of the room. Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly. Alaina and Dakota at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Parking could be better. Could use more spaces. Better layout.

The breakfast was excellent for a moderate meal:)

Food was great. The staff was very friendly. They didn’t serve water at the breakfast time but how can you complain about that?
