Great conversation with the folks that worked there, all of the people I encountered were down to earth and friendly. The room was clean, and I especially liked that I could buy a snack by the front desk that was a regular price and not some inflated price. It was great to be able to buy some popcorn to pop in the microwave in the room and enjoy a movie. Also everything was clean.

The only thing I noticed that seemed like it could use attention was that I had to use a key to enter the pool from inside the hotel, however, the gate was open to the pool courtyard from the parking lot, and from the courtyard the door was unlocked to the pool. Once inside the pool area a person did not need a pass key to enter the hotel room. This means that there is easy access for anyone to enter the hotel away from the front desk without a key. Seemed like a big hole in security to me as someone could easily enter the hotel that way illegally.

It was very affordable and there was a complimentary breakfast.

There was a torn curtain at the window and one of the sheets appeared to have a stain.

The hotel room was fine, although a pullout couch would have been nice for our fifth person. Our children enjoyed playing in the hotel's pool. Check-in and check-out was easy. There was a fairly good hotel breakfast. The hotel is right next to a gas station and easy to find from the highway. It is also close to numerous fast-food restaurants. The hotel is a good value for the price.

The hot tub did not work, and the hotel staff had not drained/chemically treated the water in the hot tub. The hotel also did not have all the ice machines working, all the washer and dryers working etc. It seemed as if they were only maintaining one working ice machine for the hotel, one guest laundry for the hotel etc,

I enjoyed the room. It was two queen sizes beds that were comfortable. Although I did not have breakfast; I enjoy the free coffee that was offered 24/7. I took a dip in the pool which was very nice and refreshing. I loved having a Denny's right next store. My Mother and I had a lovely time and would definitely return.

I guess the only thing that bothered me a little was how thin the walls were. My neighbor had a few outbursts and could hear him clearly. The other thing would be breakfast was done at 9:00A.M. during the week. I wish it could have been open to 10:00 A.M. since I sleep later. Other than that it was great!!

Layout of room, comfort of bed, working heat that wasn't noisy/no fluctuations in temp, able to get room dark without flashing light for fire alarm (hate hotels with that), nicely quiet, no extra hidden charges. Enough pillows for all of us and enough towels without having to ask for more. EXACTLY what we paid for and a good value. Arrived late and able to get to comfortable bed quickly.

Eggs a little rubbery, pastry very sweet and a bit stale - all edible though

The back door, half way down the length of the building, had an inoperative key reader. We were directed to that door, as it was the fastest way to our room. For this reason I gave the facility less than the top rating. Very inconvenient.

Other than the inoperative key reader to the building, everything was great. VERY pleasant staff!

The property was clean and well kept. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The pool and the pool area was clean. The pool water could’ve been a lot warmer but overall my children had a wonderful time

The water was too cold for me but my children enjoyed it. It was a horrible smell by the elevators on both floors but staff did try their best to mask the smell

The entrance in and out! It is located at a truck stop and very congested. It needs updating, you can definitely see wear from use. The bed pillows were terrible, thankfully we brought our own.

It was clean and nice, very reasonable & close to the highway (but also plenty of parking and felt safe).

I had a little bit of trouble with my thermostat, but I was able to grab extra blankets.. so no real issues.

Close to fields for lax tournament , staff friendly , helpful and kind. Close to shops, food, gas, really cute town with wonderful unique shops and restaurants . Sweet lovely town.

Pump up the breakfast ! No pancakes , waffle maker , but decent basic breakfast, EXCELLENT COFFEE!
