The staff were amazing and very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations on where to eat for dinner and what to check out. We also loved the breakfast we were very impressed with the breakfast selections they had eggs sausages omelettes pancakes sausage gravy and biscuits lots of muffins and hot cinnamon rolls cereal juices and cereal I’m probably forgetting something seriously the selections were amazing something for everyone. Also the pool was very nice perfect temperature and clean. The room was also wonderful very clean and comfortable we had a wonderful time .

Convenient location to 95. Easy check in, plenty of carts to load luggage. Nice lobby makes a good 1st impression. Room was bigger than expected. Did not notice any issues with the appearance of the room. Felt clean. Beds were comfortable. Glad couch had a pull out bed. For the price, really can't beat it. Breakfast was solid. 24/7 coffee too. Kids loved the pool. Can't think of one negative thing.

Breakfast did include hot items (eggs, sausages, biscuits) and was better than average for a hotel breakfast. Roof was very clean and well maintained, which could be because it looks to be quite new.

We prefer to have lights available on both sides of the bed which is not offered here (nor in most other hotels so that is not uncommon). There were two table lamps in the room which each had two outlets for chargers, etc., but with both lamps the connections in those plugs were so loose the chargers would not work.

This is literally my favorite place to stay when in Maryland or visiting Delaware. The breakfast is good, the facilities are always available and clean and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. (Except the pillows I’m not a fan of the pillows) best place to get snowed in !!

If i could suggest a change for improvement, it would be the lighting in the bathroom. It needs to be brighter especially since the lighting in the rest of the room was soft. Needed good lighting to apply make up.

Breakfast was great, they had a lot of options including biscuits and gravy. Parking lot was huge, plenty of space. The room was very comfy and modern. The staff were so sweet and helpful. Decent sized pool thats relatively heated. It was indoors and they even had towels. Right off the highway and honestly a great stay

it was on of the cleanest hotels with the friendliest staff that we have stayed at. The staff even went out of their way to give us some suggestions of which restaurant would deliver. we choose their top choice which lead to some of the best cheesesteaks we’ve had.

There was no hot tub with the pool. I was cold and would have loved to be able to relax in a hot tub as my son swam in the pool.

Very impressed with the ambience of the lobby and guest services area upon entering the hotel. The area looks updated and clean. There definitely was thought put into the Decor, and use of space. The guest services team were very welcoming, and I can tell their kind demeanors were natural, and not forced. This location sits conveniently between shopping, leisure, and places of worship. I will add that the Night Auditor was very kind also. I needed extra towels for my room very late into the evening, and he stopped what he was in the middle of doing to get those items for me. Very much appreciated for the attention, detail and focus on guest relations. I truly appreciate the late check-out option, also. This was truly appreciated since my wife and I didn't actually get to sleep until 3AM the next morning. So very much appreciated for the ability to have that request fulfilled.

No complaints on this trip. It was a good stay. If anything; the room cost for the one-nighter was different (higher) than what I was quoted at originally on Booking.com. I will have to review that and see if there were some sort of incidentals charges / holds or just general taxes or fees I didn't see initially, or pay attention to when I booked and or upon my stay. Not a complaint, just a notation and teaching tool to check charges for any differences between the booking and the stay.

I never have a problem when I stay at this facility. The accommodations are clean, and the staff is helpful. I didn't get a chance to have breakfast this time, so I can't comment on that.

The room was very spacious and clean. We had the 2 queen bed room and the beds were so comfortable and the sheets were so soft, I didn't want to get out of bed for check-out the next morning!

The water for the shower and the sink was no hot enough. It was luke warm.
