Immaculate hotel in every way! Very good breakfast with eggs, bacon, pancakes and more. Cozy room with a large bathroom. Super comfy bedding.

My room was adjoining, like many hotel rooms, but the doors between rooms are so thin that I could hear every word the people in the next room were saying. I fixed that by turning the heat/air fan on constantly. I'm visiting again in a few weeks, so next time I'll ask for a non-adjoining room.

Hotel was the best I have ever stayed in. The staff were friendly. The room was the cleanest I've ever seen for a hotel. The bathroom had full size dove hand soap, lotion, shampoo & conditioner containers. The water pressure was great. The rooms were quiet we never heard other guests. The breakfast had lots of choices and the staff kept it stocked well.

The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well.... refrigerator was cold and the bed was very comfortable. Cleaning staff was very friendly and asked if we needed anything even when just passing in the hallway ...breakfast was a very good variety and hot and delicious!! Thank you !

Everything was good!!! A bit on the pricey side per night...

The kindness and attentiveness of the staff saying hi to you on your way out and in coming to our room right away when we needed them just being kind goes a long way

The upgrades to the king suites were very good and it was nicely designed.

The pool was closed on a holiday weekend. That should have been cleaned and open to start the summer season.

The hotel was very nice and the employees were very nice and I thought it was very clean. But I pulled back the desk chair and lord and behold. What the heck was this? Sorry you missed something!

Road noise but I guess you can’t have good access without road noise.

We booked for a room with 2 queen beds. Our room only had 1 queen bed. The couch had a bed, but with no bedding

Plumber fixtures in bathroom were originally installed backwards. . . Cold was warm, Hot was cold

the location is quiet, very easy to relax. the free breakfast is also pretty good. had a ball making our own pancakes. the Cinnabon were really good and fresh. the staff was polite and extremely helpful throughout our entire stay

our first room had ants on 1 dresser that wouldn’t stay away. our second room was the same room type but the bathroom was a little tight

very comfortable area and room. the staff is always accommodating and super helpful. two in particular at the front desk always greet me by name, which is very welcoming!

the locks on some of the room doors aren’t very secure but the area and building itself have been very safe
