Staff members were great. Very helpful and courteous. Rooms and public areas were clean and comfortable.

I just feel that the hotel was way overpriced. Although it was a nice enough hotel there was nothing special to justify the high price. We were there with a wedding group and I informed the front desk but received no group discount. If it weren't fir the fact we needed to be at the hotel with the wedding group. I would have shopped around and found a comparable hotel at a more reasonable price.

It was easy to get into and out when necessary. Walgreens and restaurants within blocks so very convenient.

The checking process. The attendant was kind of rude when I tried to check in. I was early but there should have been some rooms completed. It was almost 430pm when the room was finally available.

Cleanliness, great pool and workout area. Staff was exceptionally friendly, had great interactions with all we interacted with.. perfect location for our purposes

First hotel I’ve stayed in that charged $12 for the same breakfast that other hotels give you as part of your stay . Also this as the highest rate Ive paid in recent times even in this area.

It was a good location. The lady at the front desk was wonderful when I checked in. Have a problem with the Booking site that I used she took care of the problem right away very thankful. She was there.

Restaurant/bar exceeded expectations as far as service food and interactions with management. Room was more than what I was expecting.

Booking.com misinformed me whether they had a continental breakfast and the proper time to check in and check out

Night staff were rude about late check in. I had called two days in advance to notify them that we'd be late, so I wasn't expecting a lecture when we checked in that night. Was told I was lucky they didn't give our room away

Our door didn’t lock and close on its own, we needed to pull closed. Breakfast not included.

The manager who assisted when we arrived was very pleasant. She greeted me with a smile and pleasant vibes.

I cannot think of anything bad to say about this stay. It was only for a night, but it was very pleasant.
