It was a nice property. I like having the breakfast included. I like dealing with Michelle front desk agent. She was professional, helpful, kind & accommodating. She made my stay easy.

The one young male staff member who called me at 11:30pm at night to ask me to come downstairs as if something was wrong, he was unprofessional in his way of speaking & handling hotel business. He asked me to come to take care of my extended stay due to an email from Booking.com who I registered thru with my checkout being the next day. In addition I had just been at the front desks a 1/2 hour prior( in which he could have addressed it then). Unacceptable!! I told him Michelle would be handling that. He needs to be retrained.

Comfortable bed & linens, lots of cable channels on TV (including HBO & CINEMAX, Paramount, CNN, MSNBC, HGTV, AMC), hot breakfast (eggs, French toast, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, bananas, apples, apple or orange juice), no carpet in rooms (yay), lots of plugs & USB ports

Add bacon to breakfasts, have snacks available all day, towels are decent but could be much nicer, the channel displayed on the TV is different than what the guide says it is, add The Weather Channel & delete Fox News.

I would recommend adding security staff for overnight shifts. There were unruly guest that smoked in the hallways despite signs posted on the property “smoking prohibited”; and it wasn’t only cigarettes being used. The smoke entered the gaps under the doors and entered the room. I noticed 2 security cameras on the ceiling, unsure if the hotel was utilizing them or they weren’t functioning at that time. The facility should prioritize enforcing the rules/policy. Customers will always return when it’s exercised.

The rooms were spacious, the beds were pretty comfortable, and the 2 rooms we booked had a small refrigerator and a microwave in them. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was nice. There was ample parking space, and the environment was fairly quiet. Of note: We booked rooms at this hotel because we wanted to spend a night on our way from Boston to Washington DC, instead of driving it all on the same day. We didn't look for any attractions or things to do around this area.

The rooms are outdated, but it was very similar to the pictures we saw on Booking.com, so we pretty much expected it. We think that the rooms are a bit pricey compared to what you get. In addition, the hallway had a strong smoking smell throughout our stay although it's a non-smoking hotel.

I was positively surprised over this hotel. We wanted a place to sleep one night and i found this for a great price. I had read some bad rewievs but when i got there it was the opposite. The room were big and clean. Breakfast was ok. The staff was kind. They had free parking , ice machine and drinkmachine. We have slept in NY city in a 300 dollar hotell but this hotel was much better!

That the eggs were cold and already peeled.

Simple booking, comfortable room... very good price at the last minute end of Holiday weekend. Breakfast offered very nice and enjoyable.

At check in I wasn't quite met with answers to some of my questions, but this was minor. No restaurants near, somewhat out of the way, but if I had felt like getting in my car for a few minutes and driving it wouldn't have been far.

Very spacious room/suite and bathroom, full breakfast, clean spaces, free parking, and location.

Easy to hear sound from other rooms through walls/vents. Heard toilets flushing, one night had a couple of really loud residents but the were gone by the next night - ear plugs helped.

The front desk was very helpful, we let them know we would be arriving very late from out of state. The gentleman offered us a late check out in the morning because we did not get in until 2:30am Growing up in the baltimore county area, Edgewood has a reputation and I was PLEASANTLY surprised with the quality of the room and surrounding area. Great price!

The breakfast was good and well stocked. The usual fare. The coffee machine offered three strengths of regular/decaf and it was good (for machine coffee. Very clean area.

Finding the hotel is a bit unusual. There is a very visible sign at the road but, you have to drive behind another hotel to get to the La Quinta. Not a really big deal.

Very clean. Bags in trash cans. Convenient location.

Breakfast definitely could have been better. The eggs and sausage looked like they had been there a while and was down to the last little bit at 830 am and was never replaced the entire time we were eating. Cereal was stale. Mattress was very soft which causes me extreme back pain.
