I had a wonderful stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bel Air-Aberdeen, MD. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The breakfast offered a great variety of options and was well-prepared, making mornings hassle-free. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. The overall ambiance of the hotel was welcoming, and the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and comfort truly stood out.

We chose your hotel for it’s location and price. We were traveling north from Florida, and knew that getting through DC and city streets of Baltimore would be tiring so we needed a hotel just north of Baltimore. We were exhausted and went right to bed. Bed was great ! Breakfast was excellent .. better than most hotel breakfasts. You will go on our list of stops. Thank You !

The only thing I can think of is maybe a heavy drape or some sort of blind that keeps the sun out for daytime sleeping. But we slept well .. the bed was so comfortable and it’s just what we needed. Cracker Barrel next door was a plus !!

Everything was fine - breakfast adequate- check in went smoothly- clerk was friendly- we really did not spend alot of time in house so to speak

the pillows- the bed- it was difficult to get a good night rest- and when you don't sleep well every little noise and nuisance becomes an issue- like doors slamming and heavy walkers from the floor above. Not much you can do with that.

I have gorwn to love the dispensers in the shower for body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Room temp was confortable as was the bed and pillows Also enjoyed the egg omelet the one morning. Breakfast was well stocked with the ususal treats. Front dest staff- friendly and available each day of our stay

We did have some difficulty with the key card working- but that was remedied quickly.

The front desk staff on all the shifts are great! This is our 3rd stay here of at least a week at a time. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help in any way they can. The breakfast is good. They have a mix of hot and cold foods to satisfy most people's tastes. We request a handicapped room due to my husband's health and they have been very accommodating. We will continue to stay here whenever we come to visit our daughter who lives nearby.

The bed is ok but not the best I've slept in. Since my husband has special medical needs, an ottoman for his feet and legs would be helpful. If driving we can bring something but when we fly, we are unable to do that.

The location of hotel was good. The space in the hotel room. There with grandson for baseball gaes. There were several rooms the teeam had. great hotel!

When checking in the person at front desk not friendly at all. i reserved one room when team first told us about game. Cancelled the room found at cheaper price at the same hotel. When husband went to chek in she state the room was cancelled. Which was true for the first room. --But did not look to check if another room reserved. The tone & body lanuage was the problem!!! I asked her to look again under the same name!! She found the 2 reservation. The tone and attitude of front desk was not good!! It was convenient to the family and friends we were visiting. And it was up on a hill which made us feel safe with the flooding of the storm! The hotel staff were professional and friendly.

The gas prices next door were over a dollar higher than the nearby neighborhoods. There was a leak coming out to the first floor hallway carpet out of the tech room but employees were taking care of it immediately.

The bed was so comfortable and every staff member was friendly. The rate was reasonable for a suite. After my busy work days, it was nice to come back to a quiet and clean hotel.

One of my walls had a long crack in it and the carpet was in need of an update. The icemaker on my floor was out of order.

Breakfast was outstanding. Not only did it have eggs and sausage, but it also offered yogurt, fruit, and cereal for those who are dieting (my wife). Coffee was hot! The staff kept filling the items when they ran low.

In the future you could offer some fresh Cheese Danish or powdered donuts...but I was still pleased. I was however somewhat disappointed with the toaster. It took forever to toast my English Muffin and my eggs were getting cold!

The employees were great! The room was a dreary gray but it was clean and spacious. The bathroom was tight, the door opened right up to the toilet and the toilet paper holder needs to be replaced. I had a problem with the window shade so 5 street lights blared at me all night.

Clean, convenient and very good breakfast and reasonably priced.
