Very nice room. Loved how big the bathroom was and bedroom was a nice size as well

The bartender guy was not personable and when we asked him questions or another drink he looked at you like you had 2 heads. You had to ask him 2 or 3 times a question or for another drink. I had to watch him because he charged us for a drink and couldn’t provide it because they didn’t have the liquor for it. He was the only person that wasn’t nice.

Staff were friendly and communicated well and showed a lot of care and empathy - this stay was due to a family emergency and it was my first solo trip in along time. They reassured me that the community was safe and to reach out if I needed anything which I appreciated. My room was also clean and very comfortable. Thank you for also not charging for parking like other places. In situations like mine, it was hard enough as it is and it’s the last thing you want to be thinking about.

This was the third time staying here. Very nice hotel. The check-in was a little bumpy. The have a sheet you have to sign saying if the room gets dirty or is missing anything you will be charged $1000. This is a little much. Never had a 3 star hotel do such a thing. This might make me stay somewhere else in the future.

Figure out a way to not get over protective of there hotel

The front desk staff and the cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful. I loved that there were several food options across the street and it’s near a Royal Farms Gas, so we could fill up and hit the road. Convenient location. It was clean, comfortable, and didn’t have any weird smells. The reading lights were convenient. The desk area was useful. It was spacious. The walk in closet was a pleasant surprise.

My son was disappointed that there were no waffles at breakfast, but there’s a Dunkin Doughnuts across the street so he was happy about that. The outlets in the bathroom had a light on them we couldn’t turn off and hallway light came in from under the front door so it was difficult to make the room completely dark. Once we got to sleep, We all slept very well.

The breakfast was good, had a variety, but the coffee was cold most of the time and very strong no matter if you added half water and half coffee.

The hotel was extremely clean

Walls were a little thin, we heard music in the room next to us and heard doors opening and closing from other rooms. We also had a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on our door, housekeeping came knocking repeatedly before 930am and check out was at 12pm. That was very annoying.

Was very clean and close to highway

Security was everywhere and when we checked out two county police cars were in the building. One of the questions that we were asked when we checked in was what we having a party so after seeing the cops everyday we understood that we will not stay at that facility anymore..

Clean, safe

There was a security guard but she strangely ended up 20 feet from our room, facing us, just standing there, on an empty hallway, before we made it up stairs in the middle of the night, and stared at us with no expression until we went in. Like directly into my eyes. As she did downstairs when I was checking in. It was unnerving and I almost said something to her but I just wanted to get the kids into the room. I really didn’t like that.

Springhill Suites is my favorite hotel. My choice where ever I may visit. The location was convenient within area of a family event. The beds are very comfortable for a good night's rest, feeling so refreshed the next morning. There is a balanced and nutritional breakfast waiting for you the next morning. Plus everyone I have stayed has a free parking lot on the premise's.

Clean, updated and good TV selections

The check in process is cumbersome. The fact that when you bring in your luggage, you have to go back out to your car to put a parking pass is inconvenient. Also, not accepting cash for incidentals is not ideal. If you stay multiple days, the breakfast choices don't change.
