The breakfast was better than most but a waffle or pancake option would be great, especially when you have littles. The beds were super comfy and we had everything we needed. The customer service was top notch. An extra touch important to me was the 12:00 checkout. We didn't feel rushed after eating breakfast.

We didn't like that the TV stayed so dim and there were no settings to change it so it was hard to view. We wanted more options for little ones for breakfast. Waffles and bacon maybe if I had to be picky.

The bartender guy was not personable and when we asked him questions or another drink he looked at you like you had 2 heads. You had to ask him 2 or 3 times a question or for another drink. I had to watch him because he charged us for a drink and couldn’t provide it because they didn’t have the liquor for it. He was the only person that wasn’t nice.

Staff were friendly and communicated well and showed a lot of care and empathy - this stay was due to a family emergency and it was my first solo trip in along time. They reassured me that the community was safe and to reach out if I needed anything which I appreciated. My room was also clean and very comfortable. Thank you for also not charging for parking like other places. In situations like mine, it was hard enough as it is and it’s the last thing you want to be thinking about.

This was the third time staying here. Very nice hotel. The check-in was a little bumpy. The have a sheet you have to sign saying if the room gets dirty or is missing anything you will be charged $1000. This is a little much. Never had a 3 star hotel do such a thing. This might make me stay somewhere else in the future.

Figure out a way to not get over protective of there hotel

Bathroom door was clear so it someone wa in there at night light shined in eyes of sleeper. Hotel would not match rate for a second night. Booked again for cheaper w booking and they made me leave room and move to another despite lots of availability in hotel

The front desk staff and the cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful. I loved that there were several food options across the street and it’s near a Royal Farms Gas, so we could fill up and hit the road. Convenient location. It was clean, comfortable, and didn’t have any weird smells. The reading lights were convenient. The desk area was useful. It was spacious. The walk in closet was a pleasant surprise.

My son was disappointed that there were no waffles at breakfast, but there’s a Dunkin Doughnuts across the street so he was happy about that. The outlets in the bathroom had a light on them we couldn’t turn off and hallway light came in from under the front door so it was difficult to make the room completely dark. Once we got to sleep, We all slept very well.

The breakfast was good, had a variety, but the coffee was cold most of the time and very strong no matter if you added half water and half coffee.

The top above the desk, because when you were sitting at the desk one of the bars connecting it to the desk was in the way of the tv

Was very clean and close to highway

Security was everywhere and when we checked out two county police cars were in the building. One of the questions that we were asked when we checked in was what we having a party so after seeing the cops everyday we understood that we will not stay at that facility anymore..

Clean, safe

There was a security guard but she strangely ended up 20 feet from our room, facing us, just standing there, on an empty hallway, before we made it up stairs in the middle of the night, and stared at us with no expression until we went in. Like directly into my eyes. As she did downstairs when I was checking in. It was unnerving and I almost said something to her but I just wanted to get the kids into the room. I really didn’t like that.

Staff were nice. The rooms were it for me.. I’ll stay in a Marriott Bonvoy any day again. This is my second time and it was as good as my first

I just didn’t like the breakfast.. but I won’t blame them Cos I’m a choosy eater
