Upon arrival, I was pleased to see that the parking lot was clean. Nice first impression. Check-in was a breeze, the staff were very friendly. When we got to the room, we were very happy that everything was very clean. Couldn't say more about the cleanliness of the entire place. The housekeeping staff did a very good job. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. I will definitely stay there again if I happen to be in that area.

The toilet keep flushing by itself. It was very annoying, especially during nighttime. I reported it to the front desk during check out.

All of the staff that I encountered were very polite and professional. The entire facility was very modern and clean. The hotel is situated in a quiet location, and the building itself was very quiet. I could not hear other guests through the walls. I didn't hear noise from the elevator or the nearby highway. The complimentary breakfast was amazing!

The handicap-access shower could be improved with a shower seat and a non-slip shower mat.

I loved the ambience. The hotel is very neat and most especially the fact that my room was cleaned everyday. The breakfast was good and they have a number of options even though few. But we were perfectly cool with it. My kids love the swimming pool.

I didn't like that I had to be held for so long before being checked in. Had to do with card issues. Though I was finally attended to,the delay was unnecessary seeing that I was with children. I know there are policies governing the hotel,but there should still be exceptions.

Staff! Gentleman at the front desk is always a joy!! This is usually my family’s go to when in the area.

Parties, and horrible noise from room above. The noise was so bad they moved my room. Then once moved there was a party in the room next door. Folks were very inconsiderate, and not sure the quiet hours policy was enforced at all. I mean the noise was from the room and hallway all night long.

Super clean facilities, you can smell the freshness of the hotel! My room was clean and comfortable, the beds were very comfortable, my kids enjoyed the indoor pool and it was clean inside.

The free breakfast could have been cooked better with more options. Turkey bacon and a omelette station! Maybe also have dairy free or Plant based creamers/milk for coffee and cereal

The gym was well- outfitted, my room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a lot of options. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and my whole stay was really delightful.

The sign on the main road was very small, and I was driving alone, so I passed it three times before even seeing the property. Since the hotel is down in a little valley, it wasn't visible from the road. Adding a larger sign would have made it easier to find.

I loved the facilities. In the lobby, there was a lounging area. So, I just wanted hang out a bit, but stay in the hotel. I was able to enjoy the TV downstairs with my friends without having to leave and go somewhere else to meet my friends. Also, the continental breakfast was awesome!!! The food was excellent and plentiful.

This review is based on my mother's experience as I booked the room for her. The front desk staff was so nice and so helpful. They were ready for my mother when she arrived and even gave her a takeout menu for an italian restaurant since she had arrived fairly late into the evening.

Excellent travel stop-over. All of the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet, given that the highway was close by. (I didn't have the breakfast ... but it looked good!)

It's a little difficult to find ... my GPS didn't quite get it right. There are signs along the road as you get closer, so maybe pay more attention to them than to your GPS!

Fresh, convenient location, met our need. Breakfast area is very nice, clean, great options, and the pancake machine is great. Staff is friendly and was very responsive when we experienced a room of noisy, unmonitored children.

No complaints with property or staff.
