We have stayed at Hotel Revival several times in the past. It is our go to Hotel when in Baltimore. The location is fantastic. The place has a fun vibe and we love the quirky midcentury modern decor. The speakeasy on the lower level serves up absolutely superb cocktails. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

There was only one thing that disappointed us on our most recent stay. On the day of our checkout, we could hear the housekeeping staff knocking on other doors on our hall. Then at about 9:30 am they knocked on ours and said "check out today?" I said yes, but it isn't actually until 11 am! We did have the "do not disturb" sign on our door. This has happened in other hotels we have stayed in. I can only assume that it is done by housekeeping in an effort to get folks to leave by making them feel uncomfortable. It worked. Such a shame because it soured an otherwise fantastic stay.

Really enjoyed the location in Mt. Vernon, by the Washington Monument. Very attractive neighborhood with grand houses. Close enough to walk to the Inner Harbor, but also a nice walkable stretch into Belvedere. Very good hotel restaurant with amazing ambiance. Beds are comfortable, room furnishings are generally high quality. Friendly staff. The gallery art is a really nice touch.

Carpeting is fairly worn, especially in the hallways. Older building so the hotel can be noisy. The room lighting is a little weird (minor nit pick). Separated from inner harbor by downtown so walking between the two can be sketchy in areas.

Easy check-in, and the photos on Booking.com were exactly as it looked in the hotel/our room. We stayed in a King Size room and the bed was super comfortable, and the room was so spacious. For extra safety, you had to scan your room key to access higher floors in the elevator which always makes me feel more secure. Staff was super friendly as well!

The 'Dashery (breakfast/brunch place) had great food, but I would say a bit pricy for just being a cafe/restaurant in a hotel.

Our stay at Revival Hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. The vibe of the hotel is stylish and artsy with a strong local flair—every detail felt intentional. Our room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The rooftop views are stunning, and the food and drinks at the restaurant were top-notch. It’s in the perfect location for exploring the city. We can’t wait to come back.

Parking is pricey at lots around the hotel and the valet was a little slow and/or backed up. Just plan ahead to wait for your vehicle.

This was our second time staying at Hotel Revival. The team consistently exceeds my expectations. I feel like a local when I stay at this hotel because it's clear they're deeply connected and committed to the local community. From featuring local artisans in the lobby for purchase to the local artists featured in each room and the hallway, the experience is purely Baltimore from start to finish. No detail is spared and the attention to each guest is unparalleled. They treated us like family and were incredibly generous with their time and patience for our families unique needs. I can't rave enough about this hotel and I encourage you to see why for yourself.

I was pleasantly surprised by many things about the hotel, given the deal I got for the room ($150 per night including tax). The decor inside is modern and stylish, the bed was comfortable, shower had excellent water pressure and temp, very nice tea and coffee selections (not always a given!). Quiet at night, sleep was no problem. The location can't be beat, right in the heart of Mount Vernon next to the Washington Monument and Walters Museum - I traveled for business, but would highly recommend for couples and first-time visitors to Baltimore. Hands down the best part of the experience was the front desk staff, who answered every one my questions, took care of my bags, and were just all-around professional and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again!

Having the closet inside the bathroom was awkward and inconvenient. TV remote was a little wonky and I wasn't always able to watch what I wanted (had to turn on and off several times to fix issues). Windows being sealed shut is not in the control of the hotel (it's illegal to have them open apparently) - maybe a reason to get an AirBnB if concerned about health. But the air filtration was pretty decent and the staff was upfront about this when asked (props again!).

Room 1002. The room layout was perfect. Bathrm not facing bed! Bathrm located by front door & toilet & shower are in separate section with door while sink is on outside of it. There were 4 windows with views of a Cathedral/Steeple design Church, City, etc. Room was very spacious and 99.5% immaculate (baseboards and edges of floor dusty). Superb staff! Deliscious breakfast/coffee at Dasher Cafe in hotel. Parked at street free and didn't get ticket ($35 cost & rarely patrolled)

No microwave. Prefer no carpet but this one was very chic and didn't look worn out. I was disappoited that I did not get a room with stand alone shower but with very good size tub. Pictures online slightly different. Sadly, I never made it to the Roof Top restaurant (forgot). Took a stroll around the neighborhood at night instead after having dinner at nearby restaurant (2 blocks away)

My request to check in early was accommodated, and my room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was very conveniently located. I also dined at both restaurants for dinner and breakfast, and both meals were delicious. I was in town for a quick work trip and I was thrilled that I did not have to venture out–the hotel had everything I needed on site.

The walls in my room could have used some touching up and the AC was a little loud, but nothing that would ever prevent me from coming back.

Rooms, like entire hotel, very beautifully done, with interesting, delightful detail. Cafe pleasant and makes a good espresso drink, very nice breakfast and lunch dishes in casual comfort. Topside bar/restaurant extremely beautiful, with view, and excellent drinks and appetizers. We didn’t have dinner there but have no doubt it would have been equally fine. Great staff.

Only a couple of tiny things—wanted plugs for phones on both sides of king bed, not just one. And more luxurious pillows. That’s it. (The bed was super comfortable.)

Honestly, one of the most well decorated hotels I have ever stayed in around the area. I love the decor of the hotel. I like that the hotel had different parts that technically can cover all your areas. They had a built-in café in the bottom and a rooftop bar top. Additionally staff is very nice and to any of my needs. I even had delivered to my room and they didn’t need to do that.

There wasn’t much not to like. I think the only thing that they could improve on is to be a little bit more flexible on the check-in and checkout times. Other than that, everything was great.
