I experienced a warm welcome throughout my entire stay. This hotel offers exceptional customer service; everyone was eager to assist and consistently approachable, especially Todd and Christopher at the front desk. The hotel maintains a very good standard of cleanliness throughout: in the lobby, the halls, and the bedrooms. I suffer from insomnia, yet I managed to sleep through several full nights here. The bedroom, the bed, and the pillows are ideal for a peaceful and restorative night’s sleep. I also studied in my bedroom, which had a desk, chair, good lighting, and a coffee maker. I spent nearly a week in Baltimore attending a class for graduate school. If I have to come to Baltimore again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Facility was very clean, the staff was very friendly and accomodating.

First place we stayed that did not have a small fridge or microwave available in the room. We never realized how much we used it until we didn't have it. But we survived and not a deal breaker. The breakfast selection was very weak, not what we are used to when a hotel includes breakfast. We were disappointed in the strong smell of Marijuana throughout the building. Even though our room was non-smoking, you can't control the other people who have the rooms beside you. We knew when the rooms beside us were occupied because the smell was very strong. Perhaps some type of additional air purification units, especially in the non-smoking rooms, could help accommodate those who don't smoke. Since it is legal in Baltimore, I can only assume it would be a common issue at any hotel there.

The hotel boasts an ideal location, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Inner Harbor, the bustling Convention Center, the lively heart of Downtown, and the charming streets of Little Italy. Guests will appreciate the attentive and friendly staff, who are available around the clock, providing exceptional service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The rooms offer a cozy and spotless retreat, ensuring a restful stay. At the same time, the breakfast spread is generous and thoughtfully curated, featuring a variety of delicious options to start the day off right.

The breakfast bar was literally some breakfast items on the bar of their upcoming restaurant. Some coffee, hot water, oatmeal in packets, pop tarts, muffins, cereal, bagels, fruit, etc. Some would complain but it’s something. Otherwise room was wonderful! There’s a Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom. Very tidy, loved the amenities overall and staff was super helpful, professional and kind.

The breakfast offerings and it should be noted that guests going into their rooms and out, the doors are heavy and will make a loud noise. Not the guests fault but something to note for light sleepers but didn’t happen too often

Room was clean, comfortable, with decent amenities. The room itself was also surprisingly large for downtown Baltimore. Staff was very friendly. There was quite a bit of road noise, but that's to be expected from a second floor street-facing room. Very close to the convention center!

At this price point, I would have expected a mini-fridge in the room, and the breakfast was mostly pre-packaged pastries, cereal, and fruit. I wasn't expecting a full omelet bar, but at least one low-carb/protein option would really have been appreciated.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I felt welcome all the time. The staff always greeted me when I entered the property. Checking in/out was easy.

Ice machine on the floors were broken, had to go to desk for ice, they were friendly and helpful to fill your cooler with ice. Would have liked more help from the staff about parking, where the closest and best price parking is, I had to figure this out on my own and fast.

When we checked in we were greeted by a gentleman who was very accommodating, as we were booked for a handicapped room that we didn’t need. Location was nice for our concert. Room was spacious.

When we were checking out, with a different employee, her attitude was dismissive and after giving my room number, she went back to talking to another employee. Room was not as clean as it could have been, but nothing worth complaining about for a one night stay.

This is a central offering a friendly service from lovely staff. The hotel has limited facilities but I knew this before I booked. My room was large, with a king-size bed and city view. It was very ckean and comfortable. The air conditioning/heating was initially set incorrectly (I assume by another guest). When I mentioned this at reception, it was rectified immediately .

They need more signage outside of the hotel

The gentleman at the front desk was very upbeat, friendly and personable. Check in and out was a breeze. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Anything requested was handled quickly and efficiently and even the valet staff was very responsive, efficient and helpful. Location was great and within a 2 block walk to harbor … def would recommend!!!

More options for breakfast (eggs, yogurt, etc.) Very Carbs heavy (pastries, bagels). this said though, the free coffee was pretty good. the room could use one more lamp as it was a little dark.
