I already rated this hotel in an earlier request. I lived in Towson for many years. Attended meetings at the Holiday Inn over the years, Private events etc. The new look was refreshing. Geared more towards corporate meetings. I liked it. We had traveled from Blairsville Georgia by car. Most of the places we stayed in and around Maryland were very disappointing. Sometimes accommodations were "scary". It was a pleasure to stay at "our old friend", Holiday Inn in Towson. As we parked our car at the hotel, I wasn't sure if our "old Friend Holiday Inn" had fallen in disrepair like so many others we experienced on our trip. Happy to find out that "our" Holiday Inn in Towson was even better than we remembered. Keep up the good work. We had no complaints. We continued visiting relatives in the area and enjoyed our family reunion. It was like coming home for us. We booked Holiday Inn in Catonsville on the last leg of our trip and had a great time there for four days. On our trip, Holiday Inn did not disappoint.

Nothing. We had had such horrible experiences at hotels on the road from Georgia that we were happy to be "home" at Holiday Inn Towson and Catonsville.

Cleanliness of the room. Safety of property.

On Saturday, there was a large party in the conference room that the other occupants of the hotel were not notified of. When i returned from an outing on Saturday around 1050pm, there was no parking in the entire hotel area. I had to drive around and wait at least 30 minutes. I asked the female staff person what time the event was over so that I can monitor the time for me possibly getting a parking space. She was rude and was not accommodating and did not even try to find out the time the event ended. Also, the staff person suggested that I park at a Park-and-Ride and walk back to the hotel. This was insensitive and unprofessional. Because of this incident, I may not reserve this hotel again.

The location was great...right off the highway and only 10-15 min. From my destination. The whole hotel was super clean. All amenities that I needed, comfortable beds, great shower pressure, and the best morning breakfast choices I have ever had at a hotel!

The $100 fee for incidentals could have been explained more clearly, plus the $1/day for the safe box being added even though I didn't use it. It's disconcerting to find added charges on one's bill without being told. The young lady who checked me in was super nice, but she needs to speak slower and clearer to seniors like me.(she had an accent)

Having breakfast, comfortable beds, free parking, bathroom water pressure, friendliness of staff, ability to check out a little late, was able to print off boarding passes for flight home, quiet room.

Fairly expensive room rate, should remove small amount of mold on ceiling of shower, tv channel lineup was strange, many breakfast egg selections were awful and also ran out of regular breakfast yogurt, safe did not work but we were originally charged for using it. I reviewed the bill with staff and they took off the silly $1/ day charge for the safe.

Everything! The king size room was a great size. It had a small couch, a desk with a movable table that fit under the desk, fridge, microwave & coffee maker in the room. The bed was high and super comfy. There were a good range of channels on the tv. Dove products in the bathroom which were tamper proof. There is a blackout blind that feeds into brackets so no light seeps through and it has a privacy blind. There’s washers and dryers and ice machines on each floor. The daily breakfast was great. A great selection of hot foods, cereal, dairy products, bakery items, fresh fruit. They even had decaf coffee on hand. The feature for us was the outdoor pool. It was amazing. Towels provided and all. There were chairs & tables with umbrellas, loungers and couches. There’s also a market in the lobby with food, snacks, drinks, toiletries, laundry products for purchase. It was a great stay.

Couldn’t really think of anything worth mentioning.

room was spacious, comfortable and clean. also quiet. i especially liked the breakfast room, it had lots of tables spaced niclely, and even had tabasco sauce and salt and pepper and flowers on all tables! food was very good and acctually had healthy options, which is unusual and plenty of good fresh fruit. lounge area near breakfast area was lovely. hotel is in a good location. i like that there was a shower and not a tub, easier ro step in and out.

beds were very high, hard to climb in if short person. no hairdrier on room which is often standard.

The bed was comfortable and the suite was spacious. The staff were courteous and the hotel was very tidy. I would recommend taking advantage of the outdoor pool. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

When booking a one-bedroom suite, I expected there to be some supplies for the kitchen, ie. Plates, silverware, dish soap. A large refrigerator would be nice. The dorm size frig was too small. An apartment size frig would serve people better.

Rooms close to elevator, rooms very clean,breakfast was excellent, was quiet. I reall enjoyed the roll in shower since I have Parkinson, it is difficult to step over.

I wished the toilet was a higher toilet, was very low and hard for me to get down and back up. The only other thing I would complain about and it is just me, the iron and ironing board was hung inside the hallway door next to bathroom door and could not open the bathroom door all the way. I just feel it could have been hung at another location.

Clean room, nice amenities and comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options. The staff was friendly and courteous as were the executives who were there one morning and greeted us with a good morning.

The room was clean except that the cleaning people did not check the fridge. There was food left in there from a previous guest which we needed to bring down to the front desk. We did not want it to smell up our room putting it in the garbage.

Breakfast was excellent; gym was clean and bright, a little light on equipment for resistance workouts. Bed fine as was bathroom. Liked location near highway, plus great park down the road (Cromwell Valley) for hiking and walking once rain stopped.

Room needed more lights! No overhead lighting. Annoyed that we got dinged a daily fee for the safe we didn't use. Com'on guys! Room looked over the HVAC units on roof, but we were there only to sleep.
