Everything above was as expected from several past visits there. (EXCEPT THAT MENTIONED BELOW.)

I was dumbfounded when the clerk told me there would be a $10.00 PER NIGHT CHARGE FOR LEAVING THE CAR PARKED ON YOUR LOT! This never happened on several visits in the past. In the future I will certainly find other accommodations.

I love the location, which is definitely convenient to everything you can imagine in Baltimore and surrounding areas. Plus, both a Walmart and Sam's Club right across the street! What more could you ask for???? Room Insolation. Imagine waking up from a dream you think a woman is being murdered only to find out she's being murdered alright by the big bamboo! Whoever the dude was, he was handling business. I thought he'd never stop! On a totally different note. A taller in height toilet bowl is absolutely recommended, especially since I was staying in AN ADA room...smh. that toilet was so low to the ground. I thought for a moment I had booked a room in China 🇨🇳.

I love the location, room size, and cleanliness. Love having a mini fridge , microwave, and adjustable room temp. You know, I set my temperature to hell and loved every time the air blew out that luscious heat!

The staff was very helpful and kind. Everyone spoke with genuine smiles. The hotell was super clean. Love the stay here!

My stay & the facilities exceeded my expectations! My room was clean, looked recently renovated, spacious with 2 beds plus a microwave, fridge & a desk. Plenty hot water for shower. Fitness center & free WiFI were available. Staff was friendly/helpful on approach. Hot breakfast was included. A movie theater, several food places & 2 shopping centers are nearby. Great getaway/ mini vacation. Left feeling revitalized.

The room smelled a little musty at first, and then it didn't.

Breakfast was nice. The bed was comfy. The staff was nice. It was nice having a snack area for snacks and drinks.

The TV glitched constantly. Bad signal? Bad connection? And the handicap room did not have the handicap tub put together so the shower was inaccessible. My daughter didn't want to be a "pain", so she didn't ask for help. I think it should've been in place, ready to use.

The free breakfast that is included in your hotel every morning. The friendly staff cand clean facilities.

One stay I had a room and that toilet was backed up and the staff overnight didn't have access to a plunger until the morning when the maintenance staff came in. If the toilet flooded this would be a very serious concern as the plungers were not available at all times as they should be especially if maintenance isn't on the premises.

The desk receptionist was very nice and accomodating. She provided the need "welcome" from a long drive. I noticed she worked excessive hours, as she was there the majority of the time I was there. She did complain. I conclude she is an asset to your hotel. I wish I got her name. The breakfast station was not ready however the staff apologized. It was not a deal breaker for me. I had to wait, maybe 10m.

Front desk manager Diana was very professional and exemplary in making sure the cleanliness of the public areas was well taken care of. She has a very business like yet interpersonal approach with the guests,makes you feel at home.

Only problem I had with this stay was the elevator not working properly. Waiting on a part should not have been an issue. One elevator for so many rooms and guests is not safe. The elevator had to be taken up to the 5th floor,then come down to your floor to get out. Hopefully,upon my return it will be repaired.

The staff was wonderful, so pleasant. Everytime I walked in or out they greeted me with great kindness. My room was very clean. This is a pet friendly hotel and my room smelled fantastic! I do not like the smell of animals so they did a very great job at keeping the hotel clean and smelling good. The breakfast was amazing, just what I needed for the busy week I had. I will definitely be back.

Construction work is directly in front of property the first time trying to get onto the property I got lost. Can't wait for construction to be completed hopefully they'll be done before summer when I have to come back.

Comfortable bed

They close breakfast area exactly 10am. I was standing in line to make my waffles 9:45, the batter had just finish and we ask the staff for more batter. She said it's finish and the kitchen was closed. We said but its not 10am yet. So please give us more batter so we can have breakfast. Apart from that all other breakfast item was gone. So I think they should be more consideration in breakfast. For example. If you are there up until 10am then you should have full service. . The pool was also not working.
