The location is superb, right by the water and the feature of the blue crab statue <3 the room was amazing...clean, spacious, all the amenities required. The breakfast is excellent. The staff are incredibly helpful! I love that it's not a chain hotel... supporting independent hotels, I would definitely stay here again without any hesitation!

Check in is four pm. We arrived and checked in at a quarter to two and the room was ready for occupancy. We were charged an additional thirty dollars for early check in. We have stayed here many times over the years and have never been charged for the early entry before. The front desk told us it’s company policy. We are not happy for the additional fee.

Excellent stay! The location was perfect - walkable to shops, restaurants, waterfront. Staff was amazing - every single staff person was so friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. I had to work a few hours and there was a nice desk in the room to do that. They have a breakfast and put out snacks in the afternoon. There is a nice outdoor sitting area. Really great stay. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Baltimore.

The hotel was at a good location close to the harbor and its attractions but far enough away that it was quiet as well. The staff were exceptional friendly, professional, and very helpful. The rooms were good, we had a great view of the harbor. There were several good breakfast and dinner places near by.

The breakfast was OK. There was construction going on which is always distracting. Part of the surroundings were roped off.

The property is by the harbor in a quiet & safe location of Fells Point close to restaurants & bars & walking distance to the touristy side of the Inner Harbor. The room was large & comfortable & the internet worked well. All day there’s coffee & water at the lobby. The staff is nice & professional.

The continental breakfast is very basic w/ mostly carbs, hard boiled eggs for protein & some cut up fruit. There were cookies, apples & oranges out during the day but by the time we came in, there weren’t any left. The pillows were bulky, not very comfortable to sleep on. There were lots of lamps in the room but it still didn’t give off enough light. Overall I would recommend to stay here for a couple of nights.

The room was a great size with ample space and the bed was comfy. Room was tidy. The location of hotel was great, on the water and easy walk around the neighbourhood to bars and restaurants. It was also an easy drive to Johns Hopkins which was the main reason for my visit. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

I don't mind old charm but the room felt a bit dated and lighting was dim even though there were several lamps around the room. The carpet also seemed dirty to me but the rest of the room was tidy and clean. The pillows were not comfortable and the toilet didn't flush very well. I also had trouble getting the key card for the room to work on several occasions. Breakfast was not suitable for someone with food allergies. Suggest adding some yogurt and a better selection of cut up fresh fruit.

Location was great. Room was attractive. Room accommodations were adequate. Everything looked & smelled clean. HVAC system allowed us to sleep…no unpleasant noise or odors. Plenty of hot water.

Breakfast was disappointing. Full kitchen was advertised…MIA. Plain scrambled eggs would have been nice. Carbs galore…protein not so much. Instant oatmeal on the menu but no way to prepare it. Warm croissants were brought out after we were finished eating. Parking is a challenge. Security system is appreciated but not user friendly. Had to talk to outdoor intercom to get in the gate to get my car and to exit the lot. My short wife needed a stool to get into the high top bed. Glad the front desk found something that worked, otherwise she would have had to sleep in one of the chairs.

Beautiful view of harbor. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms look just like the pictures even with slippers and robe. View from window in room amazing. Free Coffee machine 24/7 was amazing. Hot tea and ice tea also free. Mini fridge in room. Great location/ walk to almost everything!

Great location,safe area of Baltimore, clean, comfortable rooms with robe and slippers, refrigerator, coffee/tea, water, free breakfast was better than most hotels in the same price range and was meticulously clean with a nice eating area, the staff I encountered was friendly. Walking distance to restaurants, pubs, cafes etc

The location was great! We could walk to nice restaurants, coffee shops and around the harbor. The staff were so friendly. The breakfast was great and i enjoyed using the gym.

The price per room to me was out of my comfort zone per night, but we extend our stay one night because of location. We also would have enjoyed an outdoor pool.
