We like to stay at McHenry Row when my husband has appointments at Johns Hopkins. It is close to the hospital and we feel safe in the McHenry Row area. We can walk around the small, nice little community. We had our 3 year old grandson, it was his first experience being in a hotel and away from his parents and he loved the white bed. He had a great night sleep. The refrigerator in our room was not working properly and we needed it for our grandson's milk. Your staff was amazing. We had a new refrigerator in our room within about a half hour.

My only dislikes are that the hotel does not have a pool and a Continental breakfast would be nice.

Prior to even arriving, we received a notice that the hotel had request to check in early. We arrived and the attendant advised me that this happens all the time with outside apps. However, she quickly accommodated my request and provided me with a room immediately. We arrived and also discovered that parking was conveniently located across street, in-door and it was safe and secure. The staff were excellent, friendly, informative and helpful. The room was extremely clean. I can’t recommend this location more highly. It is also located conveniently near the restaurants, a grocery store and a wonderful bagel shop.

Awesome hotel, quiet area. We booked here for visiting downtown Philadelphia. We had to drive a little bit every day, but the hotel made it worth. Great breakfast options, a lot of facilities, a big clean room and plenty of parking spaces. We even had some checkin custom requests in advance (check in at 3AM) that the have taken care of with ease. Thank you!

As Europeans the breakfast schedule was way too early, but that's more like a suggestion.

Very nice hotel; spacious rooms and very comfy beds! Location was absolutely perfect for our cruise!! Parking was easy. Staff was very nice and professional! We had dinner in the lobby and all the food was delicious and very reasonably priced!! Also, the hotel was in a great area- really cute surroundings and so many places within walking distance!! We will definitely stay again when we are in town for a cruise!

Clean, nice room, staff especially Edwin- the evening concierge/ at the front desk was very helpful, kind and went above and beyond to find me a few restaurants to eat at for dinner.

The shower in the bathroom was not safe as there was no door to close the shower and the shower head sprayed water outside the shower o to the bathroom floor resulting in a slippery floor. Someone could easily fall in the shower or bathroom if not careful. I used a few towels to line the bathroom floor outside the shower. I strongly recommend management fix this as this is a major safety issue!! Also it would be nice if. Breakfast was included in the price of the room.

Great location for cruise travel and a lot of resources available close to the hotel.

We pulled out the couch bed for the kids and the bed appeared to have been slept in and under that bed was old rose peddles, candles and balloons. I felt bad for the under staffed front desk staff and kitchen staff. Any direct interaction in the lobby took forever. Over priced shuttle for a 4 min drive to the Baltimore cruise lot. We made out better driving over and paying to leave the car at the cruise lot instead.

I went to happy hour expecting free drinks, but it was drink specials for large amounts (buckets or pitchers). I ordered a margarita, and requested grand marnier instead of triple sec. The bartender charged me separately for a shot, which added up to $27 for one drink! I didn’t order any more

Location was next to a grocery store for snacks and buffet meals and a small shopping area. Room was comfortable and hotel personnel were able to provide a scent-free room, which was very much appreciated.

The first room that we were given had maintenance issues. In fact, there was a hotel worker in the room when we arrived. Fortunately, the front desk manager was able to provide us an alternative, scent-free, comfortable room right away.

Location , amenities, easy to park

The shower. It was nice looking and clean but no door and it was COLD draft . Not the best design plus you couldn't move the showerhead because the water goes right outside . Not enough of a wall. It makes the large shower only half as big because the walkin area is unusable. Missed having a microwave.

Location was unbelievable! We were in town for a wedding at the museum of industry just up the street ! The area directly next to the hotel had everything you needed in under a 6 minute walk!

There were no issues at all with this property!
