Our stay at this hotel was only booked for one evening. This hotel was very close to BWI and to our events. We were no more than a 20 min drive in any direction. The breakfast was very nice. They even had eggs, bacon and hash browns. The staff was very friendly. It was also nice to be able to walk across the street for dinner instead of having to get in the car and drive to a place.

There were no blankets on the beds. They had a sheet and comforter. If you didn't set the temperature correctly, you would be either cold or hot during the night.

Breakfast was great - there was a surprising selection of hot foods. The indoor pool is also nice! At first, I wasn't sure about it being 20 minutes outside of Baltimore, but the hotel offers free shuttle rides to the airport where you can catch the light rail (like an aboveground subway) that'll take you right into the city.

My only issue was with booking.com, not the hotel. I changed the length of my stay a couple of months before going, and Booking never updated it with the hotel. Thankfully they had a room, or my family wouldn't have had a place to stay for one of the nights of our trip!

Spacious rooms. Pool and sauna available. Next door to food and alcohol if u want it. Free breakfast. Bathroom was nice, water was hot, towels were clean. Bed was comfy.

Those 5ft tall pillows. Couldn’t get comfortable with it and had to sleep without a pillow. There should be 2 big and 2 flatter pillows in each room so folks have options.

Love the pool area and the hotel room.

Breakfast was not the best there was no bacon, pancakes, or waffles which makes a great breakfast. Sausage was not well done and eggs were not real eggs. Also since it’s winter time in Maryland the heat should be turn up in the pool area and pool should be heated in the winter season. Also, the carpets need to be upgraded in the hallways.

The sauna, exercise room and pool were wonderful. The staff was helpful when needed. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Refilled frequently. . . . . . . . . .

The lack of parking was a bit of a challenge. There seemed to be a reception of some sort. The restaurant / pub next door minimized parking availability during check in.................................

Location Was Perfect, some Of The Staff Was Really Nice. my Rooms Were Clean And I Loved That It Had A Fridge And Microwave Inside The Room.

One Of The Rooms Has A Super Small Tv. Also One Of The Staff Members Was Super Rude & Kept Watching My Kids Play At The Pool Thinking That They Were Alone He Yelled At Them Then Realized I Was Sitting In The Corner.

The breakfast was ok, could have had more variety instead of the same everyday. The location of the hotel was just a few blocks from the funeral home which was the main reason we were there.

The water from the shower got the whole bathroom wet and the television I couldn't get loud enough when we were in the room.

It was convenient. Staff was nice especially the young lady at the front desk very kind and professional. It was a little way off my route, but it’s OK. It was clean comfortable at least for one night.

Nothing was wrong with the property. It was in a nice neighborhood.

We had a suite and it was smaller than expected. Also, there was no where to hang my clothes- no closet or hangers. The bathroom lighting is very low, especially in the shower

While check-in staff showed me a very strange policy of $250 deposit !! which was nowhere said while booking. Its blocked and not been refunded even in a week time ! Carry big money with you to pay all such deposits which you will get back may be in a month ! Good way to make money.. you are funding for all working capital of this hotel !!
