The staff was amazingly knowledgeable of all the facilities and had the most positive attitude! I told them that it was my birthday and upon checking I was allowed to pick two snacks for my kids! They added little touches to really make me feel special! There is a shuttle that takes you to the mall, casino, airport and back to your hotel. Our driver Kevin was wonderful and made us feel safe and comfortable after he picked us up and dropped us off. The shuttle really saved me time and money trying to get to the mall! I also love the fact that there was a heated indoor pool because I could swim comfortably with my children even if the weather outside is not as nice. Very convenient to airport with the shuttle. We were able to leave our vehicle here during our trip rather than at the airport which saved us a lot of money. We enjoyed the green breakfast and staff was kind.

The only disappointment we had was on returning to the hotel to retrieve our vehicle at the end of our trip. We didn’t know the hotel shuttle hours were limited on when they would pick us up. We weren’t given that information, just told to call the hotel when we landed. So instead of waiting over an hour we just took a taxi back. Still cheaper than airport parking, but would have been nice to know in advance.

The hotel was very clean inside and out. All the staff were very friendly and willing to answer any questions. Loved the free wifi and access to my Netflix account on the TV.

There was a bit of a stench in our room. When you walked in the was a smell of musk and it seems they tried to cover it with carpet fresher which didn't hide the smell at all. Once in the room for a while, the smell was no longer as strong.

Service was excellent and the staff were very helpful, I will definitely book again just because of that.

The breakfast was awful, only options were cereal with milk I can't digest because there was only regular milk, oatmeal, hard boiled egg which was ok and some disguising breakfast sandwiches. I would kill for some pancakes, waffles, sausages, scrambled egg, toast, bacon, etc.

Everything appeared clean, neat and very comfortable. Excellent location for any shopping needs whatsoever!

The breakfast was just okay. The selection was very small and the hot food seemed limited to sandwiches. I would have preferred a plate of options like eggs, sausage, bacon, etc. I was surprised there was not even a waffle maker which I see in the cheaper hotels. I was disappointed with breakfast.

The location was great, I was looking for something close to the casino and it was in very close proximity to the casino with a more reasonable price than the casinos hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The place was clean and quiet.

I not partake of the breakfast because it was not buffet style (due to restrictions) like it was before Covid. I wish that it had been, I was looking forward to not having to go out for breakfast. The bed was not very comfortable, I woke up with aching pain from my head to my feet. My body felt like I had been in a fight with someone punching on me.

the room accommodations.

the pool was closed and unavailable for use all day. although I had requested a late check out the overnight hotel staff was very unaccommodating. we got there at 1 am.. I requested a 6 pm check out that day and there was no discussion other than no.

Location The Market wall near Registration was a major rip off: almost $10 for a normal bag of zplanters peanuts and a small plastic bottle of apple juice. Also, the $5/night charge for parking was another unnecessary rip off - the principal of it.

Very clean friendly the young lady who worked the front desk on February 14 at around 3:00 PM is a very sweet girl polite well mannered and made me feel super comfortable in this establishment. I will be back.

Love the location! Close by to the mall and Baltimore attractions! Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Hotel is updated and has a nice selection for breakfast.
