Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. A lot of the staff wore Christmas Pajamas. There was always hot and cold traditional Christmas drinks. As well as cold water, tea, and coffee. I had to work remotely for 2 days and had a nice quiet area to do so. The holiday decorations were beautiful and festive. There was even a well stocked emergency gift wrapping station. The daily breakfast had something for everyone. Fresh fruit, hot and cold drinks, eggs, sausage (beef, turkey, pork) potatoes, Belgium waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, etc.

Used stove extensively, oven heat would not regulate stove top coil got stuck on high setting causing some food to be burned

We had an amazing stay the staff was friendly as soon as we came in. The room was everything and more than anticipated. Plus the location is right next to the mall and casino so there was plenty to do around as well.

Property was fine, but if a room has a fireplace in it, then you would think they would have at least enough coffee for two. I only had coffee condiments for one.

Front desk girl saw me standing in front of her for 10 minutes waiting to check in while she talked on the phone never once acknowledging I was there

Breakfast could've been a bit better !! The bed was a little uncomfortable but wasn't awful .I enjoy this hotel it's very convenient to all your needs !! Whenever I come to this area I always come to this property
