The staff was very friendly. Very helpful. The room we stayed in was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We stayed in a 2 queen studio. Had a kitchen with full fridge. they did have free coffee and tea, hot chocolate 24/7 and it wasn't bad. Usually"hotel coffee" leaves a lot to be desired but this was pretty good. They had a little area in the lobby where the coffee was that they sold candy, drinks and small necessities.

The location was odd. The front of the hotel was facing the rear away from the street. Parking was tight. Felt kind of like in the middle of nowhere on a rainy night when we arrived. Was pretty quiet except for barking dogs. I guess they are pet friendly and someone on our floor must have left their dogs unattended in their room they barked a lot. Luckily after 9/10 pm. didn't hear anymore. No Continental breakfast.

Wanted something near both the airport and casino so this place was a good in between.

Beware but the last day I was there I asked for shuttle back to airport and they said they stopped offering it even though I used it the day I arrived. luckily the manager offered to drive me to the airport which was super nice of her. The key card was quite annoying and wouldn’t work right away (one time another guest on our floor helped us get in to our room and another time I had to go back down to the front desk to get it fixed)

This property is quiet, even though it is located very close to all the nearby shopping/entertainment. Also, all areas of the property were remarkably clean.

I am not impressed by the price for my stay. The total amount of money I was required to spend was $244. Although $75 of it was a refundable deposit ( I checked out on Tuesday, it is not yet returned on Friday) I still feel like $244 is a little excessive for a hotel that will be standing there, empty or full. I can't say for everyone, but I don't always have $250 to spend for 1 nights sleep. This was the least expensive hotel in the area outside of the RRoof inn.

Room was comfy and very clean. Kitchen was well equipped with all essentials. A/C was nice and cold, while the water was nice and hot. Pet friendly with hallway exit doors leading directly to pet walking area. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Price was right and location is convenient. Not disappointed at all!

Just needed a little broom and dustpan in the room (unless I didn't see it, which is totally possible!) because I spilled my dog's kibble all over the floor and unfortunately, couldn't get it all without a broom. My apologies to housekeeping!

The quality of bedding, towels, bath/shower products and staff was very good.

There were ants on my bed linen, side cabinet to bed and dressing table. I took some images, but was all day in hospital with a very unwell member of family, each night I returned and didn’t make a fuss as I had little or no energy to speak about this and then to move from room to room…. I DID INFORM THE YOUNG WOMAN UPON CHECKOUT, HAVEN’T HAD ANYONE Contact me about this as yet, though I checked out 4 days earlier

The hidden pet fees that were not listed in the booking. $75 per pet, per day. Whereas the listing said “pet friendly” and no mention of the fees. So by the time we got to the hotel to check in with 2 toddlers and 2 dogs, unable to get a hold of Booking.com, we were stuck with the fees that were as much as the room was listed for. It ended up being double what was expected.

The young lady that worked last night was extremely helpful. This young lady was very polite and respectable.....there aren't enough words to explain how wonderful she was to us. She made our stay last night a memorable moment. Thank you so much for sharing this young lady with us The facility was clean and well maintained

Everything was good. The only problem was that the housekeepers needed to clean the floors a little better and not hair everywhere

Very clean room, very comfortable bed, perfect kitchenette, roomy suite and work space, very good lighting throughout, too.

We just wish the pet fee was not such a high daily rate; $75/day is a bit steep. We do not mind paying up to $40 day, and do realize that if our pet caused any damage we would be responsible for that damage.

The comfort of the room(s) and access to free washier/dryer services. The rooms are precisely as described and certainly worthy of cost.

Nothing specific to highlight. Honestly, this property offered a collective advantage compared to its competitive.

The room was comfortable with 2 double beds. Location was easy to get to and near where we needed to go. Nice to be able to visit Annapolis for a day while there. Also a nice mall very close by.
