The bed was nice and comfortable. The staff was nice. I needed a microwave, and they got me one immediately.

For the price, some type of breakfast should have been included. The room was smaller than I expected. There was no coffee in the room. The TV was old, therefore had no Netflix so I was bored. The shower needs to be fixed. The water came out and spread all over. The toilet had no pressure.

The history of the building. The tall ceilings, and antique windows. The grand entrance is beautiful and needs some updating. The bathroom was very clean, windows are perfect to watch the city below.

There was a booger on the headboard (literally), air vents had brown/black dirt on them, the panel covering the refrigerator had dried food smears dripped down it. The room was in good shape, but the charm of the hotel wasn’t reflected in the room’s decor. I noticed the Reno plans and they seem to be a good start. What sets that hotel apart from all the others is the history and the style. Or it could be what sets it apart. There didn’t seem to be enough staff. One of three days my room was made up, but 2 days didn’t get services.

Loved the location for what we needed. Super close to the concert venue and a short walk to the harbor with lots of things to do. Enjoyed it had character with its architecture. Room was big and cozy. Service at the onsite brasserie was lovely and engaged.

I didn’t think the restaurant prices matched the quality. Wasn’t bad but pricey for what seemed generic items.

It was conveniently located near the Convention center, and the rooms were clean, with minimal outside noise. The reception was helpful and friendly.

Rooms seemed a little outdated (nowhere to plug in a USB cable to charge my watch and furniture is a little old), but it was comfortable. Some unsavoury characters lurking nearby, but walking around in the day time seemed safe.

It’s a gorgeous converted building from the former B&O railroad headquarters. Very nice. The line was a little long to check in so the Head of House cleaning checked us in. He was a very nice and helpful gentleman. I saw him the next day vacuuming the entry way. He’s an all hands on deck kind of guy. Seems like most people are at this Kimpton.

The facility was very nice and greatly decorated. Our room was amazing. The bathroom was breathtaking. Our city view was okay, only in front of an office building. Complimentary wine was nice. Staff was friendly and let us check in early.

I did not like parking in the parking garage and paying for overnight.

Location was great, could not have been better. I paid for breakfast for two and the food was very good and the value was excellent especially with current prices. Server was good, front desk people professional and cordial. We will definitely seek out Kimpton again.

Really beautiful hotel. Took my husband for his birthday and stayed in a king suite and I was so impressed but the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Everything was close by just short 8 min ride to the harbor. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

The classic charm and elegance welcomed me as soon as I entered the door. Most members of the staff were friendly, helpful and demonstrated sincere care for my needs. The valet and security services were exceptionally kind and helpful.

The restaurant closed a bit early and didn’t have too much of an variety. I didn’t feel safe walking to get food.

It looked really nice if you didn’t look too closely.

Things in the room missing Door pulls to one of the dressers pulled out completely, things that needed to be tightened- just need more attention to detail. Restaurant food was meh at best- powdered scrambled eggs yuck!
