Love the location to ball field, staff is always great every time we stay. Love mary Ann at the bar!!!!

Long, long check in line. Arrived in town two hours before the 4:00 pm check in. Got parking pass, reception informed me that they would send a text when a room was ready. Cam back at 4:00 pm and there was a line literally across the lobby from the desk to the stairs coming in from Pratt Street. waited about 45 minutes to check in, disappointing. The restaurant had reserved signs on several tables from 1:30 pm when we got there until 7:00 pm when we left to go somewhere else to eat and we were told there was an hour wait for two people to be served,???

For me the most outstanding feature was the abundant hot water in the shower. I dread hotels stays as the hot water rarely meets my expectations. Here it was both hot and plentiful which was especially appreciated due to the cold weather. The quality of the shampoo and conditioner was great leaving my hair soft and not stiff. The bed was super comfy with lots of pillows. To top all this off the location was perfect for the event that brought my to Baltimore

I would have preferred a walk in shower to one with an integrated tub. I do not think that many people soak in a hotel tub so a shower upgrade would be preferred

The staff is polite, personable and very helpful. The Concierge Lounge is wonderful! We really enjoyed breakfast and being able to access drinks and snacks. The entire property was clean and professional, yet comfortable and inviting. It was very close to the event we were attending. The Brick N Fire pizza is Delicious!! We enjoyed it twice. Parking on site is very convenient.

I would normally say slightly outdated, however, they are actively updating and posted pictures and the timeline in the lobby. It’s going to look even nicer than it does now.

Very good location to the ballpark staff are very friendly and courteous.

The website that I booked on (Hotels.com) said there was a swimming pool on site and it also showed photos of the onsite pool. Upon getting to the hotel hotel management advised us that the pool has recently been removed and there's no longer a pool at the facility. It was definitely quite disappointing as my children were looking forward to swimming in the pool in the off hours of the baseball games. Honestly might have been a game changer had we been advised the pool is important enough we likely would have stayed somewhere else. Beyond that Marriotts are generally very consistent however we were definitely disappointed with the lack of a swimming pool.

I loved how everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. We came to town for an Orioles game and loved how camden yards was just only a few steps away! Location is great, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great, the only issue we had was with the shower that was only shooting out boiling hot water to where you couldn’t stand under it for long. I made sure to address the issue to a gentleman working the desk in the lobby and he was super friendly and understanding of it. Other than that, everything was amazing from the time we arrived to when we left.

Location near CFG arena is awesome. It’s also walkable to Inner Harbor. Handy having pizza restaurant and Yard restaurant in the hotel. I also like the on-premise parking garage. Room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom.

Tv in the room was small and older. There was no tv guide accessible from the remote.

The staff were mostly awesome. The breakfast was amazing and we were the first ones there, so we had fantastic service.

The facilities show a little wear, for example, in the elevators. Also, there was an event at the stadium nearby and the parking coupon we were given when we checked in did not work and we had to park because we were in a long line of cars waiting to get into the lot. So we paid the out of pocket price of $55, which we did not expect. When we asked about it at checkout, we were told we would have to take it up with "the city," which was not helpful.

First of all, the Orioles opening day was pushed back to the day we were checking in. It was an hour wait to get checked in.. the staff brought water and snacks down the line and were so attentive. I know this was unexpected but it was handled beautifully by the hotel. Everyone we encountered was friendly and wanted us to be comfortable and accommodated. I will stay there again for sure!!

The lobby was a little messy and could have had a trash clean up but seriously I did not ding the hotel for that.. there were yankee and orioles fans everywhere plus a good many of us were there to see the Eagles at the CFG Arena!

After reading the bad reviews, I feared that i made a bad choice but to my surprise, I loved this hotel. I loved the well-maintained accommodations, and exceptional service from the courteous staff members and I had a great dining experience. We ate at The Yard and the food was excellent 👌 😋. The hotel is located in a perfect area. Only minutes away from everything so you can literally walk anywhere. The beds were really comfortable although they weren't queen sized beds. The room was very spacious. The shower was so good!!The overall atmosphere was very relaxing!!

I didn't like the $35 parking fee. I am used to Free parking. For $35 it should atleast be valet parking. I also wished the restaurant was a bit larger to accommodate more guests. The wait was a bit long as we had to wait for others to complete their meal to get a table and there aren't many tables BUT I must say, it was worth the wait because the food was so delicious 😋.

The location was close to Orioles Park which was the main reason I booked here. The staff were really friendly and knowledgable. The bed was very comfy.

Despite the outside and lobby area looking modern, the room itself is dated. The TV and channels were also limited.
