Location was good, customer service was great.

My charges on Booking.com was $307, but when I arrived to pay at the hotel it jump up to $357. I have never had to pay a different price in all my time reserving through Booking.com. Also a fee of $100 per night was added for incidentals. I don’t mind paying the fee but atleast it would be good to know that up front. Also valet parking showed $40 per night, but when I arrived it was $45 per night. Basically the stay was good except for pricing that was not correct or either wrong.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly & helpful. The beds were comfortable. When we checked in, the room we were originally in, the TV didn't work. The lady at the front desk moved us to the room across the hall. The guys who did valet parking were awesome - polite & friendly.

The pool needs a cleaning, and when we would go out to smoke after hours, the door would lock - no issue. I totally understand. The issue was that when we scanned our room key to get back into the hotel, it wouldn't work. But the security guard did let us in.

The breakfast was good- lots of options to choose from. The size of our room was perfect for 3 children and one adult. The location to our down town activities made our stay even better. The front desk staff and the valet parking staff were very nice and helpful. And the pool being open was a major plus for the kids.

I think the valet parking should be a little cheaper and the booking site should state this is the main option for parking so that guest can have the cost in their balance. The beds were too firm for me but i would def. stay again.

I loved being directly across from the baseball stadium!! Wish that parking was not so high! 65$!!! Also, wish that they had on site parking! The breakfast was pretty good. Except items were not replenished at breakfast.

There was an R rated movie Queer was playing in the lobby where there was a nude pornagraphic scene and small children around 6 or 7 were present watching!

The staff, especially the front desk manager Rob and maintains maintenance staff Mike, was incredibly accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. The weekday breakfast was wonderful and well prepared. The pool area was clean with plenty of towels. The hotel was very close to the convention center and within walking distance to the inner harbor.

The weekend breakfast was less than expected and seemed overcooked. Issues with the fire alarm on Sunday morning resulted in lost sleep, although this seemed to be rectified by the time we checked out. The pool was smaller than expected, especially with 5 active gymnasts.

That it wasn’t drinking water close by I couldn’t drink the water in the room it was cloudy should put waterMachines on some floors oh and 100 a night deposit is wild but when booking it says 50 so 2 nights was 200 it would be nice if i new a head of time what the deposit is kinda of messed up my trip spending

The hotel itself is great, friendly staff location perfect to catch a game!

The parking has a lot that needs fixed. You shouldn’t have to wait an hour to get your car (and then find out it was in the alley lot right at the hotel) they are very unorganized and nasty. No reason people who were in line behind you to check in for car should get theirs 20-30 minutes before you. It made for a very frustrating experience.

Our room was amazing! It was spacious with really nice furnishings and windows on two sides (we were on the corner). Breakfast was easy to grab and go or sit to eat. And we really enjoyed the pool! The staff was super friendly, helpful, cheery and welcoming!

Self parking was not super convenient - it was across the street in a larger parking garage. The valet parking attendant was a little pushy. Be prepared to not park on property.

Jonathan met us at the front desk. He was pleasant and helpful. He explained the hotel and how the weekend would look with the Orioles playing that weekend. The hotel was convenient for us because we wanted to see a game and the hotel is across the street. The breakfast was fantastic. It included eggs, bacon, sausages, waffles, yogurts, toast and much more. It exceeded our expectations. Thank you staff at the Baltimore Hampton Inn.

The hotel itself was great. The neighborhood around there is a little rough but the balance is the hotel is central to downtown and the ballparks.

We stayed in the Double Queen Suite. Tons of space. Daily Parking is $50. There are meters along the side of the building but not available during baseball games, so chose wisely. Easy walking distance to convention center and other downtown food options. Staff was friendly on every shift. Door man was a hoot. Good people there!

The room pillows could be a little firmer, but it is a hotel so that was expected.
