The location for attending a concert at the Arena could not be better. Literally right next door and an easy walk over. Beds were comfortable. Parking was easily accessible, littlerally next door with a covered walkway to get to the hotel. Parking was definitely an anxiety of mine coming into the city. Although I have a few small complaints, I would absolutely stay again for a concert.

It could have been a little cleaner. Nothing was nasty, but a broom in the corner near the elevators would have helped. Breakfast was also sad, just some muffins, granola bars, and terrible coffee. There wasn't anywhere to eat late at night after the concert either, and the snacks available at the front desk weren't great.

The staff members were very engaging and helpful. Greeting upon check-in was professional; the chef of the restaurant assisted with ice for our room (all ice machines on the individual floors were inoperative). The chef also greeted us the morning we were checking out to make sure we came to have breakfast in the dining area; it consisted of hot scrambled eggs, sausages and hash browns; cold yogurt, fruit compote and fresh fruit; tea, coffee and oatmeal were also available; as were two flavors of bagels (complimentary). Thank you for the friendly service!

My only comment about what I didn't like was that I had to ask for ice, due to the floor machines not working. That was turned into an opportunity to engage with the friendly staff, which turned it into a positive!

Like the location for what we where there for

Dated facility and court yard area was covered with cigarette butts lobby door broke off and hanging on one hing. Definitely need some upgrades. Cost to park in garage that they charge is quite step. Kinda crazy to pay 38.50 just to stay after paying hotel cost

The location was wonderful! But just one thing I noticed. I’d like you to clean the room everyday because the price is the same of the first day which means the room was clean, amenities are full, and clean towels. If your clean policy is to clean every several days, the price should be changed from the second day.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to me. any question I had was answered and many recommendations for places to go shop, and to eat, and directions were always given to me, up to the point of writing it down for me and even googling distances of places and recommending buses to take to reach to a particular place etc.

I wanted to toss my garbage daily and didn't want to leave it out on the corridor. i wanted the bathroom tissue replenished as I arrived there was a half roll and no extras.

The clean room location were excellent .The front desk lady working on Saturday 8-17-24 in the afternoon was excellent and very helpful she should recognized!She was also very helpful at checkout time

with a very nice hotel such as this the television options were not good at all.very limited I have had better options at budget motels.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

Nothing major, really. It would’ve been nice if they were bit more consistent with breakfast options. There were yogurt cups one morning, next morning they weren’t. There weren’t hostess danish one morning, they were there next morning.

The reason for our stay was, I had an appointment at University of Maryland Hospital. The hotel was exactly what we needed as in comfort and proximity to the hospital and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again when I come back for my medical procedure.

Staff was excellent, location is excellent.

Carpets were filthy. I know you're trying to save money after loosing so much during COVID but the carpet in room 413 is atrocious! Please replace it or at least clean it.

The convenience of getting TO CFG bank arena & how safe the area felt.

I was very displeased with the fact i booked this property for the simple fact of free breakfast When approaching the lobby there was slim pickings & no water on site per lady at front desk other than “tap” Very pricey for one night & with no breakfast included.
