I loved everything about the property. Clean room. Shower water pressure fine. Clean towels..Plenty of walkable food choices. Staff was friendly. Even though breakfast was complimentary. I ordered my own from IHOP. Wanted steak and eggs which I know they weren't serving and pancakes the next day

TV. Channels were all discombobulated. Monday night Football was on the HBO Latina channel. ION channel was showing ESPN and so on. Also didn't even have a local news channel to view. Only CNN and Fox News which were on the Discovery Channel and TLC channel. Total confusion. Also..Out of 60 total channels..Only about 15 worked. Everything else was NO SIGNAL. Other than that..my experience was fine

Wasn't far from the stores The first shift clerk(man with the ponytail) was very nice..

Had to come to the front desk when I needed things because the hotel phone wasn't connected. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work. The clerk didn't make sure the breakfast was cooked. It was cold, and only bread, sausage, coffee, and orange juice. The other juice options didn't work.

It wasn't exactly downtown according to the locals! But it was only 5 min drive to the harbor & all the restaurants downtown! If you smoke weed there's a dispensary across the st along with shops liqoure store...the biggest flaw was parking it's like being in new york ..you gotta park a block away but some days I got lucky!!

That there was no parking & breakfast Is a 3star I didn't eat looked n passed!

My trip was medical. I was close to everywhere I needed to be. I had a great night's rest and a good breakfast. The cost was amazing. It broke $100 after all the taxes and fees for just the one night. I have return appointments and I'll be staying here each time I return.

Eh thought it was going to be better and different but didn't like it at all plus we can't take it back to our rooms that's lame.. should've went else where but i also enjoyed my stay. breakfast is just a big part for me that's all.

Both reception people and housekeeping are very nice and friendly. Lady at the reception let me enter my room almost three hours before check in time. Room was very clean and spacious, bathroom as well. Good quality, very clean and scented bed linen and towels. Room equipped with everything : good Air conditioning /heating, TV, coffee machine and coffee, fridge, even small microwave oven. Wifi worked perfectly. Even complimentary breakfast included. Location is walking distance to everything in Baltimore. And all of the above for really good and decent price, so one gets really good value for money.. Highly recommended!

The location was great and the rooms were clean

The water pressure on the 7th floor was poor. They do not have a parking facility. I came in later in the evening and many of the parking facilities were closed. Browns garage was great it was a few blocks away.

The stay was great, staff very friendly, even housekeeping. Clean environment, family oriented environment. Breakfast was great. Located near great attractions.

Street parking, (so we walked around near hotel. Stores close enough) Walls are thin, you can hear through the walls.🤫

Room was nice, cheap for the area, great staff, convenient to trolley, Camden Yards, Arena

very sketchy area, uncomfortable walking down the street even at midday, no parking... must add -We never had any trouble, just very uncomfortable walking in this area... trash, homeless, smell of marijuana everywhere, many people loitering up and down the street

The location of the hotel was perfect. The neighborhood is a little sketchy. The staff at the hotel was very helpful, courteous, and professional.

I found the location to be perfect for attending an Orioles game. The neighborhood itself was a bit sketchy.
