The hotel had a lot of old time charm! It was beautiful and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The parking is THE WORSE EVER!!! There is no parking!! I am a single women who arrived after dark with the closes self parking lot to be about 2 blocks away! Being in Baltimore City late at night walking to and from your car 2 or more blocks with bums begging for money I did not feel safe!! This would be the only reason I would not recommend this hotel. The price of $45 a day should be added on the price of the stay for the booking(which is pretty much the only parking especially if you get to the hotel after dark and don’t want to walk 2 blocks or more)!

To begin with the location of the property was amazing pretty central and in safer part of Baltimore! This was my first solo trip to the states (I’m a young Canadian female) so I and my family and friends were quite nervous so I decided to book my hotels that had higher security, and the lord Baltimore was just that. The revolving doors when you first walked in greeted you with a beautifully decorated and structured lobby, but also security guards. The only way to get up to a floor was if you had an active key card, the doors in the rooms had multiple locks and the windows also had locks. There was always a lot of staff present even during the night so I always felt safe. The room it self was spacious with a closet, bathroom, dresser and desk, chairs, a king bed, two night stands, floor lamps, a tv, a fridge and microwave. Even with all of that stuff there was plenty of open space left. The staff was very accommodating and had no problems helping you with questions about the city, etc. lord Baltimore is an older hotel but it has been beautifully maintained over the years.

The room was roomy and well appointed with bed, desk and dresser. Microwave and coffee maker included in room as well as a fridge. The bed was comfortable, I wish there had been an easy chair like the photos.

The bathroom was well below my expectations. The room was really nice, but the bathroom did not match up to the room. The tub was VERY narrow, the shower curtain did not bow outward to give more space. There was a useless and very large protruding soap dish in the middle of the wall opposite the curtain, it made for a tight uncomfortable shower experience. The shower head also was terrible, two settings barely. The water also did not keep temperature. The shower curtain was too narrow allowing water to pool on the floor.

Great location if you want to be near the harbor or CFG Arena. The staff was very nice. The room was very comfortable. The food was very good.

Charging a $35 fee to check in early is absurd. Check in is 4pm, which is already inconvenient because typical check in is 3pm. I checked in at 2:30pm & had to pay a $35 fee even though the room was ready. The restaurant downstairs and the rooftop bar were both not properly staffed. Service was incredibly slow at both.

Clean and comfortable besides the bathroom shower.

The bathroom shower grout is very dark and appears dirty. I did rub my finger on it and dark color ran from it. The shower curtain does not seal to the walls and water ran out during showering and collected on the floor. This happened each night despite my best efforts. Please look into these items.

We had a really nice stay..even though it was only one night, we were a stones throw away from the arena, which was great. We really liked the Bistro, the staff was really nice and the food options were just enough for on the go! The Tavern was a bit underwhelming for me..my glass had red lipstick on it..otherwise ok. Will stay again!

$45 dollars to park the car overnight!

I loved the historical restorations, especially the lobby (that gorgeous ceiling!). The on-site Bistro & Bakery was great; it and the restaurant and bar in the lobby must have had great food, as they were always busy! I stopped by the bar once for a drink and dessert: the tiramisu was delicious! Also, in a great location, walking distance to inner harbor, convention center, shops & restaurants.

The elevators probably need some mechanical attention. I was there for a 4-day conference, and on two of those days, a few (of 6, as I recall) were down. Even so, waits weren't too long.

The property was clean and beautiful. The people were very hospitable from valet to check in during the stay and check out.

I had a problem with both of the restaurants. One of the restaurants which was the bistro had a very unprofessional cashier, who literally snatched my bowl out of my hand after I was given the wrong breakfast. Then the actual tavern that’s inside of the Lords Baltimore Hotel the weight is time is extreme. I believe that they need more help and more waitresses. And a lot of the tables were dirty. Also, me and my husband we sat for 30 minutes before we were even asked if we needed a menu.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of excellent. The valet parking was prompt and convenient, taking the stress out of city parking right away. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. From the front desk to housekeeping, every team member went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the Inner Harbor and Camden Yards, which made exploring the city and catching a game incredibly easy. We also appreciated the smooth online check-in and check-out process, which saved us time and made everything seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The lobby is stunning and so incredibly interesting! The atmosphere was marvelous, the staff friendly. I love that they allow dogs! Mark with the pink glasses at the service desk is a gem! I loved the interesting, classic look of the place. The rooms are dated but it's part of the charm. Truly, it was charming to me but the rooms could so with renovating a bit. I mean it is an old hotel and it reminds me of the old black and white movies. Different, a touch run down in some areas but classy and classic!

The windows could do with a cleaning and maybe a little renovatng of the rooms. Don't modernize, I love the classic look and feel but things could be painted and fixed up a bit.
