Not enough storage in the room, no drawers for clothing but the wardrobe was nice for the hanging things. The restaurant was slow on Saturday morning for breakfast, we walked somewhere nearby which was great I wish there was a deal with self-parking across the street, especially for multiple entrances and exits each day. On a Saturday, we went in and out several times and it cost us each time.

I have to say, I am usually a hyper-critical person as it pertains to where I stay at and the experience I have while out of town but the Indigo left my jaw literally on the floor. My entire stay was awesome from start to finish, the staff Tyjuan and Dakota, two of the finest individuals in the industry. Professionalism -10, Hospitality - 10, Overall experience -11! Again, usually I knit-pick and am honest on the reviews like this to ensure any other hotel guest is fully aware of what they're walking into, I simply couldn't find a negative thing to say.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

It was close to the music venue I was working in. I also like the garage right across the street. It is closed up at night for security and is easy to get in and out of.

My room didn’t smell great. It looked nice and clean, but had a musty sort of odor. I arrived late and was exhausted, so, I just stayed put, but, the smell was not super welcoming. The air was off, once I turned it on, it helped. I have a feeling it smelled because the air had been off, perhaps even for a while if they haven’t used the room.

I don’t even know where to start. One word, WONDERFUL! From the front staff, to the Valet, the server and Bartender working at Poet’s (hotel restaurant) this hotel exceeded my expectations! The front staff were very accommodating and helped to make my stay as relaxing as possible. I was there for work and it felt like a mini vacation. I highly recommended this hotel and do hope others have the same experience as I did! I was also there when the hotel was decorated for Christmas and it was BEAUTIFUL!!!

What a wonderful place. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and personable on property. It will be the only place i would recommend while visiting Baltimore. We enjoyed walking to the Harbor, Little Italy and the aquarium. Finding great places to eat and get coffee, especially Cafe Gia (Little Italy) and Ceremony (right around the corner from Indigo).

That we couldn't have stayed longer.

I really love this hotel, it's real clean and decent, kinda reminds me of a new era roman times, it's a bar inside, a security guard at night i seen, I also liked how the key card feature is and how much of security measures they go thru u can't get on the elevator without using your key card

I'm not sure if it was me on the type of room I chose or what buty room didn't have a microwave, otherwise I had no other issues,I gotta double check the amenities again

I loved the property. I didn’t use the amenities as I was either out moving or in bed. The bar/grill called Poets was busy every time I left my room. Even if you’re not staying just go check it out.

I would only say is that anybody could grab your DoorDash/UberEats/etc order from the table if they wanted to.

We knew that breakfast was included in our room rate, but were surprised that it was an actual menu selection. We paid for extras, which was not a problem. Room was better than pictured and amenities were great. Bed was exceptional sleeping opportunity after long drive.

Bathroom is very nice, but lacks any place to hang up towels. At check-in we were advised there was paid parking across the street (not a problem) but at checkout we noted other guests having their parking disks scanned - and that meant we had no charge for overnight parking in the across-street garage. Would have appreciated being notified about the free parking at checkin.

overall its a nice place to stay, parking garage across the street from hotel is a cheaper option vs valet, when we were checking out there was noone at the front desk or restaurant which was kind of odd.

staff was not very personal, stood at the front desk for a bit while two workers were discussing things between themselves.

Spacious and well laid out room with comfortable double beds and we had the best sleep! In-house restaurant for a convenient meal and great cocktails. We had quite a few every night and had lovely conversations with the lovely bartender Scott. Indigo staff are all friendly and helpful and we felt so welcomed. Housekeeping is great and so quick to cater to our requests for more towels and pillows. The laundry room was great too. And of course, the location is great, a short walk to all the tourist sites and it’s just at the fringe of Mt Vernon. The best Italian restaurant - Sotto Sopra is just a short walk away. It’s so good we had dinner there twice, just to try out more dishes on the menu.
