House lost power during a storm. Three days to restore in dead of winter. Hav8ng a two room suite close to home with a working gas fireplace, full kitchen, two full bathrooms, and daily coffee and breakfast for a very reasonable price with no prior planning was a Godsend.A potential disaster with no chance for planning became a staycation to remember!

The only thing missing was an indoor pool!

I liked the size of the room with kitchen which included refrigerator, microwave, small range top for cooking, etc.

The cost should be a little cheaper considering you only offer Queen beds not King beds. Also consider adding more variety/options for breakfast (maybe someone to make omelets).

I really like how the staff was very friendly and helpful in a timely manner. The room was very nice far as designed and decorated. Cleanliness was good as well. We definitely will be staying here again

Fast check-in process, staff was accommodating. Quiet & very clean area, close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was good but u have to go early.

I wish there was a higher toilet seat and better rooms equipped for handicap guests. The incidental additional charge should be stated with the policy section of the app.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and the breakfast was amazing. We checked in late and they have us no issues with the room. We stood there for two nights and the room was a perfect size. had everything we needed. The tv has Netflix, YouTube, etc. which was great as well!

The only thing we had an issue with was the tub was clogged. We’d shower and the water would build up fast, don’t know if it was supposed to be like that but it was a little uncomfortable. But that was only the first night we got there when we showered that it did that. After that it was fine!

Location. Close to things we wanted to do. Close to family in that area.

Minor things. Ice maker in refrigerator didn't work. Even though the coffee urns were always available in lobby area there were several times there was no coffee.

The bedroom and bathroom is large and the bed comfortable. The pull out sofa has a good mattress. Our receptionist at checkin was friendly. There is a good kitchen with a range of implements and things to cook with. There is a good breakfast but it’s a real shame there’s no evidence of recycling. it would be great to see hotel chains like this showing leadership in this vital area.

See above. No evidence of recycling at breakfast but perhaps trash is sorted behind the scenes?

This hotel was a Wonderful, Peaceful, Quiet and very clean facility. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean and spacious and there were plenty of snacks and water in the lobby for the quests. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this hotel again if we are in the area.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

I like all the activities they had for you to do. Game room, pool, workout

People that weren’t staying at the hotel we’re coming there to go swimming. It was so many people in one group and they were obnoxious and I was trying to let my grand child that is to swim and they were so rowdy she couldn’t.
