Let me tell you, we did not get suites next to each other, on the same floor not far, there was stuck gum on our floor upon arrival, we had a little fiasco with our shower, but this Hilton Mangement and staff are rated excellent because no matter what our concern was, they were there for us immediately. I love this Hilton, it was my second time there.

There was Not much i didn't like. We went to the beach, park, enjoyed the spa. Our rooms were comfortable. Everything was convenient, the area was lit. Didn't take a lot of pics, but trust me, we didn't need them.

The location and staff assistance.

I stayed for 5 days and I didn't have room service. The room attendant would come knock once, then leave. When you leave the room and request them, they will not come back. Apart from that overall HILTON GARDENS INN is a great hotel, clean and breakfast is the best. There is an elderly lady who serves in the morning, she makes you feel valued. I didn't get her name but you can narrow down slender, tall abd aging gracefully. I love her

Location is excellent, breakfast is an awesome experience - there is good variety and little food wasted by “too much” variety. Noon checkout time is generous making for a relaxed exit time. Security personnel were both visible and welcoming/friendly.

Primary access entry is on the curve of a busy 4-lane roadway, making exit from the parking lat perilous at times. We had hoped to use the jacuzzi after breakfast each morning however it was out of order.

I think the breakfast was good but as a paying customer it should be free or a continantal Breakfast. The bar was excellent and everyone had a pleasent attitude. I will recommend my freinds and family for a stay

Charging for breakfast when already paying for a room. I think the hotel is exceelent with customers and overall satisfaction however, charging for breakfast i think is being a bit greedy. I hope my review is being read & taken into consideration.

Did not eat there. My stay on 13 did not like the room. Furniture and flooring need to be updated. Bathroom small. Loved my Spacious room on 14. Carpet need update and some chairs are old and dirty. Probably like that in every room! Loved the den and bedroom also the window view. Had flying nats. But loved the size of the room!! No phone service!!!

One chair very dirty. Others need cleaning. Bathroom in junior room was nice size!

The location In Whitemarsh, Md, easy access to the local mall & other shopping venues as well as eateries. The ease of location and friendly staff, I will recommended friends and family to visit and stay.

I liked the friendly front desk staff, the location of the hotel right off a major roadway, parking at the hotel was very open and spacious.

The location was nice. Made for a great little get away for my husband and I. Priced very well and the staff was very accommodating. We had breakfast in the morning and the food was wonderful. Definitely will be going back.

The pool and hot tub were unavailable during our stay and we were not informed ahead of time of this when placing the booking

It was clean and and comfortable. I also like the fact that I could do my check-in without going to the front desk and could use my cell to get into the room.

The fact that the selection of TV shows is outdated. Especially when most TVs are smart and offer Netflix and others. I would consider updating your TVs.

It was very clean and comfortable and cozy. The 1st desk attendant when i arrived was wonderful.

The hottub didnt work and theres no notice of such a thing. I feel like if your gonna charge full prices for rooms all the amenities should be available. And the 2nd desk attendant the morning after i arrived came off as not very hospitable when i had said Goodmorning to him. Then i asked for his name wich was Brian and he all of a sudden became very pleasant.

Room was clean, staff was polite and friendly.

Only issue was there were too many kids in the hot tub, and parents letting them in there. And kids running down the halls being loud while their parents weren't anywhere to be seen.
