Both room and bathroom are spacious and very clean. The free BF was also great. Many guests seems enjoy it while I usually skip BF, I could not resist the fantastic food smell. While preparing for college dorm move-in, this location was great to buy all things within a few miles. Dinning was easy at this location too. Malls had many dine-alone tip-less restaurants or food courts (IKEA food court is recommended). When I had to print out a document, the manager lady helped me get the document printed out. Great care.

Shower bath drain was not good. While showering water filled up to ankle level. I stayed 3 nights but they never refilled towels or coffee. I guess I got to ask for refill.

Wasn’t many Plant Based vegan options. But it was nice for my spouse.

I did ask for a room with a fridge, it was confirmed three times, but I did not get one. Also, I didn’t like that there was a request for a deposit which was going to be reimbursed in a few days after my check out. I absolutely did not like dogs in the dining room with breakfast was being served.

The staff were very nice and the room was very quiet and comfortable.

We did have a little incident the night before we left in the lobby not gonna go into details and it did make the night a little difficult to sleep and after the incident I would’ve thought management would have talked to us or even offered something but didn’t hear nothing.

I like the size of the room and bed. The bed was soft and clean. The bathroom was very clean also with extra towels and wash cloths. The staff was friendly

the only thing I didn’t like was my wait to check in due to another guest card and I didn’t like the sudden deposit charge when I paid for my room third party

Our front desk attendant was personable and helpful as we checked in. The location of the property was near other establishments so we were able to walk to dinner. The room was neat and tidy when we arrived. The breakfast buffet provided an assortment of healthy options. The sitting area was clean and we were able to secure the large table for our relatives who also stayed at the hotel.

Great breakfast. Close to hospice facility and family hone. Close to restaurants and stores. Close paarking to hotel. Granddaughter loved the pool.

On 4th floor - no ice on our floor and no a/c in halls.

It was nice to be able to check in early. The front desk associates were very nice. It was nice and clean, and I enjoyed the breakfast. My children really enjoyed the pool. All in all, it was a nice, peaceful time.

We had the Queen suite, I wish that the door would have a lock on it, other than that, it was all good.

My shower hard to turn on then never completely shuts off. Water sprays every where but straight down. Stayed extra night had to go down and get soap and towels late in evening, where never brought to room.

Good water pressure,clean room.

Obviously under staffed,there were people ahead of me that had been waiting over an hr waiting for the front desk staff to finish with room cleaning. I had to wait a considerable amount of time.
