The location is in a good area. Close to the bus stop close to White Marsh . Everyone at the front desk are never in a bad attitude. They actually care and will help u if u need anything. Mrs Valerie and Dernell are amazing. Mr will and Mr Troy are also great.

I hear some people complaining about the elevator. It has been not working for a while but I also see the elevator people trying to fix it alot. Im very happy the back door has been fixed . So I haven't seen a rock holding open the door lately. Which is a good thing.

I love the staff. I've never had any issues with the staff. Mrs Valerie is amazing . She really cares and helps . Mr will and Mr Troy also are outstanding. Mr Derenell is another amazing manager. They all love what they do .

Still at times a rock is holding the back door open. Everyone who stays here is given 2 cards to enter so why is the door have a rock holding it open?

Lately there has been a change more police coming and fire trucks . Dog poop has been found inside . Weed smell and rock still at times at the back door . Elevator still not working and some of the residents are getting worse

Location is excellent. Staff is fabulous. Mrs Valerie and Darvel and Mr Troy and Mr Will and Mrs Niya are amazing .

The back door stays open with a rock. Everytime i see the rock in the back door i kick it out . That is very unsafe anyone can come in that way.

All the staff are so nice and never have an attitude. And they care about helping u if u need help.

I dont like it when some people not the staff leave a rock to keep the side door open at all hours . That's not safe anyone can get in with a rock holding the side door open.

They dont do breakfast here. Staff and everyone who works here are a good fit . The price is reasonable and my room is great

My only issue is guests putting rocks at the back door at all hours. Anyone can just walk in.

The staff here is 100 good. They are hard workers and actually care. Everyone on the staff is amazing . Brittany Valerie and Darnell are top notch. Other staff as well. I just don't know all the names.

I expected not very clean with the price I paid though I booked so late I had an option to pick a room out of two that best would suit me and I very much appreciated that. This is a 10/10 I will DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

I liked the people working I liked the area and liked the room

I didnt like that fie some reason a woman and her kids were staying in the hallway near the door and putting a rock in the outside door at all hours

My stay was nice.

I didn't like that the elevator was not working. Had had so much baggage and children that has to go up several flights a stairs. Also I didn't like that a staff knocked on the door while I was getting ready to leave to ask me am I checking out and it wasn't even the check out time yet.
