The location is top notch, and the staff is extremely professional. You need your room key to enter and move within the elevators and the pool. Food was good too. The staff was kind enough to send a bottle of champagne for my birthday which was surprising from a booking.com reservation.

The credit that came with the booking.com reservation was confusing and took a lot of re-engineering at checkout. Valet parking is $65/night!

Nice room; great view

For a hotel that is a splurge - very expensive -- I would have thought they would not nickel and dime for everything. Ie parking was expensive, only small expresso machine coffee was free in the room - everything else expensive and signs about how expensive the shampoo is (55 USD for a bottle of shampoo??) and 155 USD for the bathrobe; rug was shabby and seems already to have wear and tear in the hotel.

Wonderful location and room was real nice

Check in, lady inside was confused of who made the reservation and I show her on my phone it was sent to me. It was a Betsy special day, my 10 yr anniversary and I thought it was going to be ruin due to she couldn’t figure it out. None the less the bartender Johnathan if I’m not mistaken was excellent

This is a stunningly beautiful hotel in an incredible location. The restaurant is outstanding. We ate there twice. The area is so lovely. There is an 108 year old theater company within walking distance.The hotel is surrounded by lovely shops and wonderful restaurants especially Twist on Broadway.

There is nothing not to like about this property. The pool is one of the prettiest I have ever seen on a hotel property.

Perfect location. You can walk everywhere and you are in the water. Walk to eat and drink. Very safe area. The pool is beautiful and the pool chairs are the most comfortable I’ve ever sat on. Beds comfortable. All staff friendly, helpful and kind.

Pool closed too early. The only bar opened after 10pm is tiny in a small room and way over heated every night. The “whiskey bar” is cute but should not be the only option after 10pm. It’s claustrophobic in there and hot. You can’t take food out of the room either. Service was great though and drinks were good.

The location is fantastic. The staff are amazing and the environment is top notch.

The design and the surrounding landscape

Amazing facility, pool, gym, and aesthetics all around. The service staff (front desk) is incredibly accommodating, stellar.

The food & beverage staff (restaurant and bar) were quite rude, you can tell their management culture is vastly different than the desk service staff. Considering the food price, this is noticeable.

Room was spacious and clean, valet service was friendly and responsive.

Less of a “dislike” but more of a note. While I do think the hotel is nice, i don’t think it was $600 a night in total “nice”. Personally I think the atmosphere and amenities at least makes it a $400 a night venture. Nothing more.

The property was immaculate and the staff were exceptional! Our room was beautiful, the beds were so comfortable and we had a gorgeous view of the water. We had a mini fridge and microwave in our room per our request. One of the most convenient accommodations was the car service.

For the price, a heated pool, hot tub or spa service on premise would have been nice. We did not have access to the pool, as it was "out of season" in mid-April. While we enjoyed the breakfast at the Sagamore, our dinner was disappointing in comparison to the rest of our experience.

It is a beautiful hotel. The room and from what I saw the rest of the hotel was super clean and well maintained. We also really enjoyed the atmosphere. Edison lights, and décor to match. The bathroom in the suite was exceptional, beautiful large tub, two person shower, double sink and separate toilet. Toilet paper was okay, much better than traditional 1 ply hotel tp. The balcony was nice and roomy and the harbor view was great. Was a little cold so didn't get to enjoy it. The service from start to finish was exceptional, the front desk was great, the valet station was great and all went above and beyond.

The bed was a little stiff, I enjoy a hard bed, my wife was unhappy with it. We got in late, past 10pm, and the room service was very impersonal, didn't know our room, the choices were extremely limited and the food was mediocre. Old bay seasoning chips was literally the only side option. It was at least fast. The room size for the money was a little small. The parking was a little tough and confusing... again we got in late. Our only option was to valet, $50 a night.
