From my first phone call to the hotel to our arrival, stay and check-out, the front desk staff were kind, professional and helpful. They set the standard for how a guest should be treated. They were interested only in our comfort and convenience. The cleaning staff and the restaurant staff were also as kind and helpful as they could be. It has been ages since we have experienced such consistently customer-oriented performance. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect, right across from the aquarium, within walking distance of the free water taxi, restaurants, other tourist sites, and Little Italy. Among the front desk staff who made our visit so extraordinary were Brian and Linita.

Although the women who ran the breakfast were incredibly kind and helpful, the food itself was only mediocre, and the selection was limited. It was overpriced for what was offered.

The hotel is clean, Associates are very courteous and helpful. The room is decent size. The one item that needs replacement is the bedding. The mattresses are worn. Bathrooms are clean in the room and downstairs near the lobby. Parking: around the side of the hotel, which is very convenient. We booked the room with a rate that included parking. Location: within 6 minutes walking distance to the National aquarium, places to eat, 7 Eleven, Starbucks, a few department stores to shop. Little Italy. China town, Greektown. and Fells point are about 15 to 20 minutes drive by car. There are some unhoused folks that live around there, but one can just be cautious like any other city.

The only issue I had was parking . I wakened to leave after my 2nd day stay, and there was a parking citation on my car.... I was billed for 1 day of parking by the hotel staff, but apparently, not for the 2nd day.... In order to resolve this issue, I have gone onto parking lots website and try to dispute the citation charges... No luck so far... Another couple had the same issue... Just confirm that you have paid for the parking .. it's almost 2x the parking price.

The location is perfect for what we were there for! The aquarium! The lobby was huge! The staff was very nice! Perfect location to so much!

The sheets didn’t fit the bed had to keep fixing it the whole time. Tiny little flys in the room the whole time and we barely opened the outside door so dont know where they were coming from. The breakfast being $20 dollars each after paying so much for the room. The lobby was hot! Didn’t know if their was any amenities in the hotel like pool or gym, etc. No microwave in the room at all.

Very close to a lot of things to do. In walking distance to the aquarium and we were able to park at the hotel before our check in time but parking does cost extra money. I think we had the executive suite it was very big and the tub in the room was amazing.

TVs were very bad. Our room was supposed to have view of the water with a balcony and while technically it did all balconies are right next to each other it also was just on the roof of the building and we could barely see the water and all of the air conditioning or heat units on the room were running and very loud. Bed was also very uncomfortable.

Location is perfect. Walking distance for so many things. Staff was nice and pleasant. Check in was quick. I called before hand asking if we could park in the lot before check in, since we were going to a Ravens game and it would be around the same time as check in. But when we got there they allowed us to check in early. Which was perfect. We were able to get settled in before heading out. Bed was decently comfortable. Wish there was a few more pillows, but that might be just me. Few things to note, but overall the room was clean and comfortable.

I want to start off by say we have stayed in worse. So most things we can deal with. There were just some things to note. 1) it was shaggy carpet in the rooms. Was not expecting that and felt a little icky. Not a fan. 2) the drawers on the dresser and night stands did not stay closed. Had to move the bench at the end of the bed to keep them closed. 3)There was what appeared to be mold in the corners of the ceiling. 4) the AC unit made a clicking noise and very loud. Like I said I have been in much worse so these things didn't bother me. We also were only staying for a few days, but is we were staying longer I would have definitely asked to be moved to another room.

Amazing location right on the water. Surprisingly quiet since there aren't any through roads passing by. Balcony was more of a walkway with table and chairs for each room. Ample parking in an open lot adjacent to hotel (paid as part of stay). Two restaurants connected directly to hotel. Both evening and morning staff were super friendly. Breakfast had standard warm offerings which was a decent way to start the day.

The only way to have super bright lighting in the bathroom was to turn on overhead heat lamp.

HUGE rooms, balcony, big nice bathroom, quiet, amazing location and beautiful hotel. They also had restaurants within the hotel which is cool, close to everything and staff was great. I liked the option for early check in ($30 extra) and it was comfy.

No microwave. Parking was $30 a day which is pretty wild but you won't be able to beat the location and it's right at the hotel so it's worth it I guess! Also have to pay for breakfast

I loved the view..I stayed in the King bedroom with the balcony which included breakfast and the breakfast both days was awesome

The room was clean but not clean enough The carpet was very old needs to be replaced. The cleaning staff was very nice. But again the room could have been cleaner there was some strange spots on the wall near the door a new coat of fresh paint and replacement of the carpet would make the room much more enjoyable also the handle in the shower needs to be replaced
