The staff and the room were good. The room had the amenities advertised and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine, and the lobby was nice.

The parking area could be designed a little better, so it doesn't overlap with the adjacent property so closely. The parking area could also be kept cleaner.

Wow, very good selection. Food area kept clean. Will recommend this location. Room was very comfortable.

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the room. There were restaurants and other stores nearby, so that was convenient also.

When we got ready to take a shower, we found out the morning of check out that there was NO cold water use for shower. When I turned on the water, it was HOT only. It didn't matter which way I turned the lever the water was still hot.. Since it was only a 1 night stay, there was no need to switch rooms. Management needs to make sure there is cold water operation in all rooms as guests can get scalding by hot water use only. We were in Room #318. Also there was no microwave in the room. Other than that, it was ok.

The kitchen staff were kind enough to make eggs for a few guests even though it was not on the menu that day. The staff was very kind and acommodating when our room did not have hot water. Room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast menu was very limited for a vegetarian on the first day. The second day was better. There was only one or two tea options, no hot chocolate, no non-dairy milk, only one milk option.

The beds were very comfortable and the lobby was a great place to hang out and watch a game and order dinner.

There was a private party going on and the toilet paper in the downstairs lobby/venue bathroom was gone by 8pm and was still not replaced when I used the same bathroom the NEXT morning at breakfast. We came down for breakfast at 9:15- a breakfast that was supposed to go until 10 and found it completely desalinated by people that seemed to be at the hotel for a church group in another private room. Hotel guests should come first and if a breakfast is scheduled until 10, there should still be food by 9:30 and if not, it should be replenished.

Great breakfast and location

Only downside was it was hard to figure out how to get to the hotel. We drive in where the sign was but didn’t see that we should go further back alongside the hotel next door to get there. So we drove through the other hotel parking lot, then out and around the block and then tried again and found it.

Clean spacious rooms with all the amenities. Great breakfast too.

Staff wasn't always available when I called the front desk. Had to go downstairs which defeated the purpose of a phone. Also, not enough parking. Getting parking the first night was very difficult!

The room was really nice, bathroom clean, and breakfast was a family type meal, was nice.

The parking lot was full, we came back from town and waited more than 20 min for a spot and the we just had to park our car outside the hotel, and of course that was a problem. Also, the staff from the lobby were not friendly.

When I called down to the front desk to ask for regular coffee packs and they were out of stock, the lady at the front desk went to the continental breakfast and brought us up two coffee with all the fixings. She went totally above and beyond what we ever expected anyone to do. Perfect location and very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was actually very good. Also the set up for the king sized room was great and had plenty of space.

I wish you could hook up a gaming console on the TV. Unless you have a subscription to Netflix you pretty much have a normal TV that can play YouTube and cable but nothing else.
