I particularly like the fact that the parking garage is adjacent to the hotel. Paying online for the parking is nevertheless a bit confusing. Fortunately, our front desk hostess, MILA, has been extremely helpful in solving the issue I had. Graciously and competently, she went out of her way to make sure my car was properly registered. Thank you, Mila, and good luck at U. of Maryland! (Although I think Penn State is better...). Excellent location.

Our initial room (1424) was too noisy because of the exterior air conditioning system servicing many buildings around. (The next day we asked to change rooms and we were graciously accommodated.)

The staff was awesome and so welcoming. If I had a question or needed anything, they did it with a smile. It was a great experience. We were in the area for my daughter's dance convention that was at a nearby hotel

The parking garage attached to the property is confusing because make sure you know your license plate and don't forget to register with the parking service, or you will get ticketed. What was confusing was that we came in through the parking garage before checking in because the street was too busy to check in any other way. There is more than one elevator for different places, such as tenants, dentists, and retail establishments, so make sure you go to the actual elevator marked as a hotel, or you will be lost.

The property was clean and seemed to be in pretty good condition. The staff that we spoke with were friendly. It was pretty easy to find and there were a lot of things in walking distance.

The actual room seemed slightly outdated, clean, but outdated. Also, this was our first time staying in a hotel where you needed to use your room key for the elevator, thankfully someone else got in and told us that. We've traveled all over the US and not had that experience until now!

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and kind. The room was very clean. It was an easy walk to Ineer Harbor, about a half-hour walk to Camden Yards, and the neighborhood felt safe. Kneads bakery, Miss Shirley’s, Whole Foods, several restaurants nearby, mostly chains but some more unique spots too.

The mattress could use replacing. The price of the room was insane. We were paying for the location on what was I guess a premium weekend, (with a home football game going on). But it still felt crazy to pay luxury price for a very basic room, which is why we only stayed one night. No free coffee in the lobby and we had no interest in paying for breakfast with several better breakfast and lunch options nearby.

Everything was good with one exception (see below). Baltimore area was very scenic.

Due to my error, the reservation was one day early. I attempted to fix the date, but Booking.com still assessed me for the wrong date. I thought that the Courtyard GM had sent a cancelation to Booking.com but there is a snafu somewhere. I am appealing the assessment.

The staff was generally nice. Hotel is really nice. Mattresses were comfortable and the room was clean.

A warning about the parking would have been nice. You have to pay a third party and scan a QR code from the garage. Luckily, we did this before going into the hotel but it would have been frustrating to have to return to the garage and do that in 15 minutes. Also, parking should be included for the price of this hotel. Heaven forbid a hotel conglomerate pay the parking fees for its patrons.

It was in a great area of Baltimore. And it was very safe. I also liked that they could cater to my needs. This trip was for my surgery at John Hopkins. And while I was in the hospital, they catered to my family's needs.

Actually there isn't anything that I didn't like about this hotel. This was my 2nd time staying here while I had appointments with John Hopkins. And I plan on making this my permanent hotel whenever I have appointments with john Hopkins in the future.

Good location, quiet, spotless

Lack of communication and accurate information. The website advertised a swimming pool but didn't make it clear it was a partnership with a spa, the directions to which were vague. We missed the swimming on the Saturday evening as by the time we found the spa it was closed early at 4pm and no one at the hotel reception warned us

Location was fairly central to everything, Starbucks in the cafe and wonderful breakfast menu options. Super clean facilities and well maintained. But hands-down the best and most courteous staff! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Parking was not included. There's a parking garage attached to the hotel that you have to use an app to pay for parking. No discount for Hotel guests and mixed with retail parking. For what you pay for these accommodations parking should be included or at a bare minimum discounted. It should also be advertised and well known that there are additional expenses for parking not included in the booking.

"No rooms with a harbor view" the accommodating receptionist said, but for that you walk exactly one block. In return you get wonderful accommodations at a very reasonable price. We walked that solitary block and stood between two of Baltimore's finest restaurants, with many more close by. No hotel restaurant but a very accommodating/well staffed bistro/bar. We come annually to visit family and this will be our 'come back to' hotel.

Nothing to dislike. btw...convenient parking right next door.
