Overall a very nice place to stay. Bistro was very good. Staff was very friendly. Easy parking Location, water views, museums etc

The area is nothing like it used to be. Many places are empty along the waterfront. It used to be so vibrant. What happened? Covid! Other major cities survived. What happened Baltimore? Concern about safety. Especially at night around the area. Too many e-bikes and scooters going very fast everywhere. Including in the garage where guests park. Someone can get seriously hurt. Pockets of kids hanging out being loud after 9pm. Get with it Baltimore !!

It’s very central. Close to all landmark and interesting places in Baltimore. Nice restaurants close by. Our room was nice and comfy. Took us a bit of time to wait to check in and waiting for front desk service because of the cheer leaders competition and baseball game. Took us a while to sort out the parking issue as we had problems with the app. Otherwise we have a good stay.

Took us a while to sort out parking issue until we received help from the parking lady, who was nice enough to take us to the hotel front desk. Initially we were told by the hotel front desk it was our problem not able to use the app. Apparently there were other people who had the same issue before. I would suggest more training to the front desk staff.

The location is fantastic, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of variety, and I especially want to highlight Penny, the breakfast attendant. She is incredibly friendly and helpful, and her big smile every morning makes the start of the day feel extra special.

The elevators with glass walls are a very nice feature, giving the hotel a modern and open feel. Unfortunately, I noticed that the glass on some of them was not very clean, which took away a bit from the otherwise great impression.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I walk with a cane. When the staff saw me coming, I never had to struggle with the door. The staff was helpful. My check-in was smooth and painless. So I commend them. The stadium was within walking distance, and I was very happy about that, as I have mobility issues, as stated before. We got there without a problem

Well, I thought I was a little disappointed with the view from our window. Not a deal breaker, but since I paid extra for a high floor I thought I would have a nice view.

Cleanliness, location, value for money, staff. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect—just a short walk from major attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day. What truly stood out was the staff; they were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any request. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay!

We stayed night before our cruise to the Bahamas. Hotel was very nice clean staff was very helpful. The parking garage was nice. Hotel is in walking distance to a lot. We had drinks and dinner at the bar food was excellent. Called in the morning for extra coffee supplies and it was there in minutes. Did not do the breakfast buffet had breakfast sandwiches from the coffee shop they were excellent. Our room was very clean definitely would stay again. We had a high up harbor view we watched our ship coming into port in morning it was perfect.

I love the convenience to the inner harbor and downtown. The stadiums were also easily accessible. The breakfast included options were a nice variety package. The view from the high floors were illuminating, especially at sunrise and sunset. Loved the elevator ride to and from the room. The fruity water was very tasty too.

They need their own garage to support the hotel package deal. Wished the rooftop with fire pit and pool area were open. It was in the 80s all four days I was there. Could've used a microwave in the room.

The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good with an excellent selection. Staff were so helpful and friendly! The property is very well taken care of and updated. The rooftop pool was open for memorial day weekend, despite the staff saying it wouldn't open until that Monday so it was great being able to enjoy that.

Because of all the windows being in a corner room and the harbor view, the room got very hot and even with the AC turned to 60 degrees, the temperature in the room hovered around 70 at night, higher during the day with the sun.

Everything about the room was fine- clean, comfortable, updated. The concierge was helpful in telling us how to navigate Baltimore, what to do, and where to eat.

The Bistro was open select hours during our stay. For instance, we returned in the afternoon and wanted a cocktail and snack but the Bistro wasn’t open. Besides the Starbucks Marketplace, there should be other options for guests.

The location was perfect, the room was clean, the staff was all very, very nice, the food in the restaurant was good. It was a very nice hotel.

I got locked in the parking garage twice. I paid for parking with my room. The staff was very nice and corrected the problem, but it’s a little annoying when you’re trying to drive home and the tank doesn’t work.
