Directly across from the Baltimore Convention center where I was vending at a show this weekend

I’ve three complaints and they are the reason I gave it a 9 out of 10 is the bed. A nice king but with a horrible sag into the center from the sides. We ended up pretty much sleeping on one another because there was no way to lay on the bed without rolling into the center. It was an uncomfortable two nights Also no microwave in the room and internet service was 12.95 unless you became a rewards member

The staff was very polite and helpful. The housekeeper was very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The garage men was very nice and helpful. Very professional all the way around . I love this place.

They didn’t have free breakfast. They need to cover the walk sky scape to the convention. Because of the rain it was slick walking to convention center. The door kept getting stuck to open for handicap.

I was lucky enough to be put in a room with a view - a ninth floor overlook of the harbor and the aquarium, absolutely gorgeous. The staff were approachable and nice, the room was clean. There was also a mini fridge which gets bonus points from me since many hotels decide they don't like having mini fridges anymore. It was just me on this trip, in the city for a music festival nearby. I didn't need much - just a bed and a tv for when I'm not out and about. For what I needed, it was a great room with a great view

I paid via my credit card when I booked the room via booking.com, but then used my debit card for the security deposit when I checked in. The security deposit ended up being an additional entire cost of the room, which was rescinded after check out. Now, two weeks later, the charge is back and it stuck. Trying to call the hotel but they directed me to some accountant's voicemail. We'll see how it goes.

I would live in the Sheraton if I could. All services were handled in an efficient and pleasant fashion. The only downer for that location is that Baltimore Inner Harbor and Harbor Place are so economically depressed. The infrastructure of the city is really in bad shape, roads, sidewalks, etc. Many "zebra" crosswalks are almost invisible and very few have crossing signal buttons. Warn visitors about Lexington Market and environs.

You could get a new mayor and city council!

Location is excellent, we were in town for the run festival and could see the runners from our room. Easy walk to the convention center and downtown sights, sounds and food. The hotel has onsite parking easy in and out with room key. There are also two onsite restaurants if you wish to stay in.

Everything has a cost. You don't even get free Wi-Fi in the room. Parking is expensive, breakfast isn't included. Understandably it's in the city and is expected I suppose.

Location in proximity of the ballpark and harbor were great

Nothing the hotel can do about it but the harbor itself is really run down. Most of the shops are closed and out of business. It is a shame because this was an attraction that has fallen off tremendously. We were planning to stay an additional day but with most of the businesses closed we left early the next day.

I love the staff, they was very helpful

I decorated for the prom in my room and I forgot my poles for the balloons and when I went back to get it , the staff didn’t know where it was like one of the staff took my decorations I spend my hard earned money on! I had to buy more because my daughter had another prom that next Friday and my son had a birthday party on the 5

The location was perfect. Close to Camden Yards, We were there for an Orioles game. The Morton restaurant was an incredible experience. It was our 25th wedding Anniversary.

It's a little expensive, but good for special occasions. Other than that the room was really nice. The view was of Camden yards really nice. I enjoyed our stay.

The staff was lovely. The convenience of being next to the Convention center and its access was awesome.

Didn't have a pool unfortunately. Coffee from Starbucks was not great.

Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to both Camden Yards and M&T Stadium.

Loud Plumbing ( you would wash your hands and the toilet would start gurgling) and air conditioning was noisy (made a tapping sound the whole time it ran)
