The architecture was beautiful. My room was nice and I always like when there’s a kitchen. Although I didn’t cook, it’s nice to have the convenience of all the appliances and to have a separate eating area. The shower and water pressure were both great. I did use the valet even though there’s a parking garage right next door, which is the one the valet uses. The buffet breakfast had a good variety to choose from. There was never a line or wait for table, everything was kept full and staff was available to help if you needed it. Location was good, little more than a block to Inner Harbor.

Everything. Due to a housing snafu, my cats and I had to move into Staybridge for a week. It was an extremely stressful time, and I was so grateful to have a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay. My suite was spacious and quiet, with a cozy bed and a well-equipped kitchenette that made it easy to feel at home. The free breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering a huge variety of foods that changed slightly every day. Rossy was the best breakfast attendant—she never stopped moving, making sure everything was stocked and even clearing my plate whenever she had a chance. It was clear how hard she worked to ensure all the guests had a great start to their day. The complimentary laundry in the basement was a lifesaver. The washers and dryers were spotless, and as long as I avoided Sundays, I never had to wait for a machine. The front desk staff was also wonderful. Since I had cats in my suite and couldn’t have housekeeping come in, they kindly took my trash when I brought it down and provided extra towels whenever I needed them. Overall, my stay at Staybridge made a very stressful week much easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, welcoming place, especially if you have pets.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was comfortable and clean, and because I stayed there for 9 nights I really appreciated having a little kitchen to cook/store food in. I also appreciated the fitness centre which was well equipped. In a really great part of the city, close to downtown/inner harbour and within walking distance to most of the main sites. The breakfast was also generous. Would highly recommend!

The only slight negative is that I could hear my neighbour on the phone next door but apart from that, it was quiet. I never raised the issue with reception though so I'm not sure if they would have done something!

A historic, traditional building that feels like it could offer even more. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds. It was a nice experience to walk down the hallway and admire the unique design inside the elevator. Parking is valet only and quite expensive, but that's expected in downtown Baltimore. The kitchen staff was very friendly, and towels were replaced daily.

The central air conditioning was uneven — one bedroom was overly cold, while the other barely cooled at all. In the living and dining areas, there were only two chairs, which was surprising for a four-person apartment. The carpet and floor didn’t feel entirely clean — though it might have been due to cleaning products making them slightly sticky. Breakfast was rather basic and repetitive, although that seems typical for this category.

Beautiful old building that has been redecorated really nicely. I slept so well at this property. The kitchen facilities were the main reason I stayed here and they were very nice. However, there isn't a grocery store nearby so I had a delivery through Amazon from Whole Foods. It's something to be aware of if you are planning on cooking and need groceries. I liked the breakfast and all-day coffee/tea. The staff were super nice and helpful and efficient. I liked the gym which was basic and in the basement but very clean and had everything I needed.

At certain times of the day, the shower water took a long time to heat up. It got very hot but I had to get used to starting the water several minutes before I actually got in. It wasn't a problem but I had to adjust. The hotel is on a side street that gets quiet at night. It's a little off the main drag of the inner harbor so not a problem but something to be aware of.

Desk service and responding to my financial concerns. The fact that charges on my bill were not addressed with me nor was my deposit refunded. I was told upon arrival that $150.00 would be collected for any incidentals, I had none. When I checked out and received my receipt, $192.70 was added to my credit card. When I questioned the validity of the charge, I was told (the last time I called on June 5th) that a manager name Uniqua would call me back. That was June 5, 2025. Have not received a return call as of today(June 18, 2025). I would like my $192.70 refunded to my credit card. Note: when I made the reservation the total amount for the two days would be $316.08 including taxes and fees. I was charged 508.78, with no deposit refunded.

Great place to stay. We were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and we had a good view of the harbor from it. Everything was in walking distance from the hotel, the only bad thing was that we didn't have the best weather when we were there but that wasn't the hotel's fault. We were able to get discount tickets to the Aquarium at the hotel, we just had to ask the desk clerk to sign us in to the computer to do it. The continental breakfast was what you usually get and it was good, except for the juice. For some reason the juice dispenser didn't serve the juice cold, and the orange juice was awful. We are actually staying there again later this summer and taking our grandson.

Staff were VERY helpful, and polite including front desk, valet and security. Security guard and my son enjoyed conversation as the guard helped my son find a place to get a late night burger after the Blake Shelton concert. Room was comfortable & clean. Breakfast buffet was awesome; eggs, meat, waffles, variety of breads and cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, potatoes, and drinks. Our room was very quiet despite being on the ground floor and the street outside the window. Hotel is close enough to Inner Harbor for people who enjoy walking.

Room 117, the toilet paper roll is poorly placed making it difficult to reach.

The location was excellent, easy walking to all of the Inner Harbor sights and activities. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, in all areas. Our king room was well appointed, the full kitchen was wonderful, and the areas outside the room were kept clean. The included breakfast was always good, fresh, hot coffee, very friendly attendant, spacious area. Desk staff and valet were also friendly, very professional, helpful, and informative!

This was a great stay.

Rooms were large, comfortable, and well appointed. Clean and exactly what was needed. Allowed us to have a late checkout, and stored our luggage for a little while after. Great location, lots of landmarks and things to see nearby.

- No gluten free options at breakfast, and staff were unhelpful in dealing with allergies. Not especially useful if any kind of dietary restrictions - No bath which may be unhelpful for families travelling - Hallways are big and loud and quite echoy so we got a lot of noise from other travellers at night.
