Cleanliness, location, value for money, staff. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect—just a short walk from major attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day. What truly stood out was the staff; they were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any request. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay!

We stayed night before our cruise to the Bahamas. Hotel was very nice clean staff was very helpful. The parking garage was nice. Hotel is in walking distance to a lot. We had drinks and dinner at the bar food was excellent. Called in the morning for extra coffee supplies and it was there in minutes. Did not do the breakfast buffet had breakfast sandwiches from the coffee shop they were excellent. Our room was very clean definitely would stay again. We had a high up harbor view we watched our ship coming into port in morning it was perfect.

The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good with an excellent selection. Staff were so helpful and friendly! The property is very well taken care of and updated. The rooftop pool was open for memorial day weekend, despite the staff saying it wouldn't open until that Monday so it was great being able to enjoy that.

Because of all the windows being in a corner room and the harbor view, the room got very hot and even with the AC turned to 60 degrees, the temperature in the room hovered around 70 at night, higher during the day with the sun.

I love the convenience to the inner harbor and downtown. The stadiums were also easily accessible. The breakfast included options were a nice variety package. The view from the high floors were illuminating, especially at sunrise and sunset. Loved the elevator ride to and from the room. The fruity water was very tasty too.

They need their own garage to support the hotel package deal. Wished the rooftop with fire pit and pool area were open. It was in the 80s all four days I was there. Could've used a microwave in the room.

Room was clean, comfortable and a fair price. We enjoyed breakfast and then walked a short distance to the M&T Stadium for our yearly Ravens football game which, by the way, they won thereby ending a perfect stay.

Everything at the hotel was fine especially the fact that the Ravens football players were staying there. My son had pictures taken with a few of them. Very exciting. The only downside was the 84° and bright sunny day. It was quite warm, but better than rain lol.

When going to OC for the 4th of July is out of the question, consider staycationing here. We were able to see the drone show and fireworks from the rooftop pool deck. Beds were super comfy but smaller than a queen. Chromecast was a nice surprise! Close to everything downtown.

I don't remember if they advertised having 2 queen beds, but these were not queens. My ex husband got a big back and wild sleeping habits. The kids looked fine in their bed but def not enough room for someone husky or thicc

The location was perfect! Our room was on the 9 th floor with a beautiful view of the harbor. The bed was super cozy and the room was very clean. The staff were all patient and friendly. The skywalk is a very nice addition for easy access to harbor area.

There is no complimentary coffee in the lobby area. It would be nice to have it set up between 7-10 am .The buffet breakfast was too expensive $28.00 per person. Parking in your garage is $32 another extra charge. For hotel customers it should be less. We should also be notified about conferences being held during our stay.

room was clean, well equipped

I had booked 5 rooms for business trip this past week, I arrived with some staff after driving 5 hours in the Am for an event that we need to be at for 8:00Am. When we entered the hotel at 11:00Am we were charged 25.00 for early fee. Never paid that fee before when staying in town at the Hampton Inn, Marriott or the Hilton very disappointing for my first time experience!

I didn't care about the food. I feel like it was overpriced for stuff that you can get with a free breakfast. The pancakes was hard and it wasn't fresh pancakes, but on the menu online, it makes you think that it's actually a breakfast spot but to me, I felt like it was one of the hotels they give you free breakfast. That could've been a free breakfast to me. It wasn't worth $64 for me and My Husband but other than that, everything else was great

The Hyatt is a stunning property. Big open and airy lobby with glass elevators that look onto the harbor as you head to your room. Rooms are beautiful and the roof top pool was a lot of fun for our children. It was easy to walk across the sky bridge to the Inner Harbor for dinner and the aquarium. I was shocked that the a la carte breakfast at the hotel was included in our package. It was incredibly delicious and really made the whole experience an extraordinary value. The staff throughout the hotel was incredibly nice and helpful. Would highly recommend staying at this property.
