The location was great. Front person was wonderful. Very helpful. Room was nice. Bathroom was big. Shower had grab bars and a seat. Thank you for that. Many outlets to charge phones. No breakfast, but we had a microwave and refrigerator. 7-11 around the corner. Fast food places less than a quarter of a mile away. Gas prices were great as well.

No breakfast. We got our own.

The room was very clean and looked very new. Also it had the best handicapped shower.

The mattress was very low to the ground. I had much difficulty trying to get out of the bed. Without the help of my daughter I was very close to having to call 911 for assistance. As much as I would like to stay there in the future I would not be able without higher mattresses.

Don’t judge this hotel too quickly from the outside. It is currently under new renovations. The room was exceptionally fresh. Everything looks brand new.

They are still waiting on microwave and refrigerator deliveries. As it was nice to see a sign making that clear in the lobby, it would have been better to be aware of this prior to my stay. It is 2023. I don’t think it is hard to make that known on a third party website such as Booking.com, which I used. Woodlawn is not the best area on the outskirts of Baltimore. I didn’t have any problems and a couple police officers were posted up late at night for an illusion of temporary safety, but just always be aware of your surroundings. “Breakfast included”…..something else to be aware of. You will have the option of coffee and Nature Valley bars. Not what I expected for an included breakfast. That’s a huge loss to my review.

The staff. They help me park my 18 wheeler. They help me with any issue I had. They gave me extra towels. If you like bars in grills. It's a nice one next door. The price was very cheap, Compared to all other hotels in Baltimore. It's was only 10 minutes away from the place that I was there for.

The doors are on the outside. The door to your room is outside. But the room was like $90. Compared to everything else was at least $185.

The room was decent it was clean I stayed 2nights I like the update just wish the tv and WiFi actually worked

I didn’t like that the WiFi wasn’t working the whole time I was there and the tv doesn’t work either it’s just for show and just have apps on the tv that you can’t even use to connect to

Rooms are newly renovated and modern Ample towels TV and entertainment. They managed to install an elevator which really helps with suitcase! mall and restaurants nearby and a lounge/bar next door

Rooms are all on the balcony facing the stairs and public thereby leaving foot traffic via your window and doors. So that cheap feeling remains a factor

It was clean. The beds were comfortable. And I was shocked that it was quiet. I slept great.

The area was a little sketchy. There was a crack below our front door so you could see the light coming in on the bottom and whatever else that may crawl in. The staff at check-in never informed me of any amenities, so we didn't use any if there were some.

Having a Spray bottle in the gym to wipe down equipment after using it would be helpful. There was hair on my sheets and some towels. That grossed me out! People out side talking loud late at night smoking. They should have to step away from the building to smoke. The staff was very nice, looks as if the place was remodeled, the furniture and everything seemed new.

My favorite place to visit when I’m in BWI . nice remodeled room nice WiFi tv HUGE king size bed. Across from a really good soul food restaurant

Last time I had a neighbor nxt to me literally arguing with someone over the phone outside where it sounded like he was in my front door

I liked the hotel, the bathrooms exceeded my expectation, when I first arrived I was like Oh No, but after I entered my room, I was totally impressed

the only thing I didnt like was the elevator, it was creepy, it wasnt dirty but it smelled like urine, the steps also had a urine smell, (but they weren't dirty)
