Shanay is amazing. She is so nice. She cares about her guests. The rooms are very clean. Unfortunately on my last stay the TV wasn’t working and had a “no signal” on pretty much every channel I tried to watch.

For the price of one night the breakfast should have more hot food choices. If the hours of breakfast are 6-9 and 7-10 and the breakfast doesn’t start until later, breakfast should be extended.

Not a breakfast person from what u ate though was ok. Would have liked a more variety of bagels in stead of just blueberry and plain. More variety of a healthier breakfast like yogurt more fruit cottage cheese

Bed a little uncomfortable pillows were super small. Need a microwave in the rooms.

The staff was so friendly. Shanay is such an awesome person. She is so nice and helpful.

The breakfast should have more hot food choices for the price of one night. Since the hotel has a bar that draws in a large crowd and loud music, there should be security there.

The Quality inn was what I expected. The room was big and it had a fridge and a microwave oven. The bathroom was a nice and clean. I had a nice night sleep.

The breakfast could have been a little substantial. I had the waffles but there was no syrup. I wish there was peanut butter available. But overall all was good.

Did not stick around for breakfast, however I did stop in and was impressed with the selection. Room was easy to find. Check out staff was friendly.

The mattress was hard to get comfortable in. The parking lot needs to be better arranged. That's all.

The property was ok. The parking lot was extremely small .

The staff were not very professional nor helpful. The parking lot was extremely small and we had to secure a parking pass. If one is paying money to rent a room you should be able to park on the premises without any problems.

My trip was about to celebrate the life of Jesus Christ with the church that I used to go to when I was living in Glen Burnie MD. I celebrate there

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Convenient location.

No parking due to a lot of people in the bar/club in the hotel. No ice in the ice machine. Towels were stained.

I love the location of the property. The incidental deposit was not too high and was promptly returned. The front desk agent made my check in quick fast and easy. There is a lounge/ bar right there. Overall a good stay!

The parking lot, but there were renovations being down so it was understandable.

I book the wrong room smoking didn’t like it the smell of weed and cigarettes. My neighbors was loud and partying I like non smoking rooms better
