The staff and the room were good. The room had the amenities advertised and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine, and the lobby was nice.

The parking area could be designed a little better, so it doesn't overlap with the adjacent property so closely. The parking area could also be kept cleaner.

The beds were very comfortable and the lobby was a great place to hang out and watch a game and order dinner.

There was a private party going on and the toilet paper in the downstairs lobby/venue bathroom was gone by 8pm and was still not replaced when I used the same bathroom the NEXT morning at breakfast. We came down for breakfast at 9:15- a breakfast that was supposed to go until 10 and found it completely desalinated by people that seemed to be at the hotel for a church group in another private room. Hotel guests should come first and if a breakfast is scheduled until 10, there should still be food by 9:30 and if not, it should be replenished.

Clean spacious rooms with all the amenities. Great breakfast too.

Staff wasn't always available when I called the front desk. Had to go downstairs which defeated the purpose of a phone. Also, not enough parking. Getting parking the first night was very difficult!

When I called down to the front desk to ask for regular coffee packs and they were out of stock, the lady at the front desk went to the continental breakfast and brought us up two coffee with all the fixings. She went totally above and beyond what we ever expected anyone to do. Perfect location and very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to eateries, shopping center and the beltway to downtown Baltimore where there are lots of attraction. Breakfast was ready at the specified time and offered a variety of choices including fresh fruit. Staff was friendly and professional throughout my stay. It was a very good choice!

I have no complaints. Everything met my expectations and/or went beyond my expectations. However, I would have liked to have pamphlets about nearby attractions. When I asked the front desk attendees, they were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

Breakfast was actually very good. Also the set up for the king sized room was great and had plenty of space.

I wish you could hook up a gaming console on the TV. Unless you have a subscription to Netflix you pretty much have a normal TV that can play YouTube and cable but nothing else.

The staff was so friendly and amazing. I loved that the pool was empty and we had it practically to ourselves. The hotel seems very low key, like a hidden gem. The breakfast was good. Anytime a bagel with cream cheese is involved, I’m happy with the breakfast. The breakfast setup was clean and convenient.

I didn’t like that the table was connected to the dresser where the tv was placed. It made it had to rearrange the room and to watch the Tv from the bed comfortably. The lamp was also stuck to the table.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was very good, like the fact that they had coffee tea and hot chocolate 24/7 in the lobby.

The water for the hot chocolate and tea was not hot enough Around the Clock. At night it was lukewarm at best

Room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast every morning was great.

Location wasn’t the best. Next to a busy hotel with a very active night club.
