The location was very good! There’s a great fitness club I could attend! The chocolate cookies & the morning coffee are good! The rooms are clean & comfortable! There’s streaming services now that the rooms have been renovated.

I have stayed several times in this hotel but this time I got the last room of the long corridor that was smaller & had no sofa or arm chair, just an office chair to sit on! I ended up having to get a chair from across the elevator as the front desk didn’t provide anything else for me. Please add a love seat or arm chair to room #431 for other guests to have more comfort!

The staff! They were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. It felt like a home away from home. I wish I had gotten more names, but Tre (sp) at the front desk was wonderful; the restaurant staff was awesome, especially the first woman we encountered, she was so accommodating. Maintenance was great; we had a problem that he fixed immediately. Everyone we saw spoke and they were very friendly. It was a very inviting environment.

Looking at an unkept pool out of my window. I gave five stars because of the staff and our room, but the pool was an eyesore and pretty disgusting. The pool was beautiful at one time. I remember it lighting up in the evenings; I'm not sure why they are getting rid of it since it would complement the grounds in a kept state. I called beforehand and asked if there was a pool; they responded yes. Of course, they never told me the state it was in (this was reservations, not the hotel itself).

Everything! Originally booked with Homes2Suites for family because I had no extra room to house them. Homes2 advised of some nonsense rule about living within 20 miles and they wouldn’t honor the reservation. I called Doubletree 800 number and the gentleman advised it would cost over 600 to reserve a room for the weekend for 4 ppl. I deemed that outrageous. I went on the booking app, reserved & paid for the room, went to the hotel to get the key and the front desk person Tia was a breath of fresh air. She was professional, patient, courteous and accommodating. My extended family enjoyed their room and they loved the breakfast buffet!

The customer service rep who answered the phone at your 800 number tried to charge me double what I paid for through the app. Make it make sense to me. Smh

Everything was good, until Booking.com dropped the ball by not adding the rather expensive meal option to the hotels computer system.

I paid more for meal service tickets when ordering through Booking.com. It was just about a bit more expensive than just ordering off of the menu. Which I most likely will just do that since Booking.com FORGOT to add that I did order meals through the Booking.com / hotel's computer system. So the hotel ended up not providing the "free" meals that I paid for. Had to go through Booking.com to get the "free" meal tickets which were only good for basic meals that I could have saved my money and purchased meals off of the regular menu. I won't be making THAT mistake ever again.

We did not have breakfast there. Someone told us the area was under renovation. The hotel is lovely and the staff was excellent t!

My only suggestions would be to provide a laundry bag and a small writing pad . I did not know how to add a tip using the bar code, so I left cash, but there was no way for me to leave a “thank you” for the housekeeping person. I love the snack shelf at the front desk!!

I was concerned about where to stay in Baltimore, so a friend recommended Hilton in Pikesville. It is conveniently located close to the highway, and driving to the different locations around Baltimore was quick and easy. The complimentary breakfast had great options, and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it to others.

Initially my room key card would not work, so I returned to the front desk to fix it. After they confirmed the card issue was fixed I went back to the room only to find out that the issue was not resolved. When I returned to the front desk it took a while to assist me, and only after getting frustrated did the manager quickly come to my aid. In the end she took me upstairs to make sure it worked, placed me in a different room, and even provided a hotel amenity. Once the manager (Mrs. Jay) assisted, the experience was seamless.

Friendly staff, renovated room, small fridge and microwave in room. coffee in lobby was pretty good - although I would have preferred oat milk or fresh milk rather than creamer packages. Access to fitness center.

Asked for a quiet room - was given a room on the highway side - which is not quiet at all. Immediately switched to the quiet side (not the highway). If that had not happened this would be a very different review.

The breakfast location, which was the hotel's restaurant, was excellent. The quality of the food was excellent, hot, tasty and a great variety, including fresh squeezed orange juice. The playlist of music was diverse and excellent for breakfast dining! The Reservations and Front Desk staff (Jae, Romaine, etc.) were excellent and attentive at any time of day or night. Any issues were resolved immediately. There were booking issues that were misinterpreted but resolved. Front Desk Manager, Jae was able to re-establish our rooms being close together (they were next door to one another) despite a fully booked hotel and wedding taking place that weekend. Hotel housekeeping, maintenance staff were very friendly, professional and met all of our expectations. The bonus was the free huge, heavenly, hot chocolate chip cookies that were supplied no matter what time of day or night you requested them!

The microwave was not cleaned from the former room occupants who used the microwave for pancakes/waffles, syrup and did not clean up their spill.

We were unable to eat the breakfast due to a water main break, but the server and chef were very nice and tried to accommodate us as best they could. When I asked the manager at the front desk to refund the 2 breakfasts we were unable to eat due to the broken pipe, she didn’t want to refund us because she said it would be difficult and offered to give us credit on my rewards account. It would have been better if she gave us the refund. My family was hungry and we needed to find breakfast elsewhere, so I just accepted the points.

The location worked well for us. The cookies the front desk gave us at check in were very good and a nice touch. Check in was a little frustrating because I made the reservation, but because of my disability, my husband went to check in. The first person he dealt with asked him to get my ID, but when he got back to the desk, a different employee insisted that I go to the desk to complete check in.
