The morning staff is awful & I was hustled out of my $25 cash deposit!

The area was horrible you can tell there was pimping and drug relations in the rooms with cops Roman back and forth around the parking lot it was like a third world country? security everywhere and cops walking back and forth pimps . all over with expensive cars I don't know what was going on around there but it wasn't good they looked at more like trafficking and prostitution other than that the hotel was beautiful inside just the wrong people

Location, cost, very well kept room, daily cleanibg service. The rooms were better looking than a year ago w fresh paint, better fixtures.

There was no closet or wardrode. Two knobs w six hangars?! How about a small dresser w drawers. Amenities - small pillows, Satellite TV for the birds. Invest in good cable service (w local pro sports, 1-2 pro sports networks, a good family channel), better room lighting (1 more ceiling fixture makes a difference), no alarm clock. The shower water pressure was spotty.

Room was newly renovated. Comfortable bed and pillows. Big screen TV, refrigerator and microwave. Ice machine available on each floor.

Very sketchy appearance on the outside. Seems people may be living in some rooms. Strong smell of marijuana. Not a very safe feeling. Staff not very friendly. Had to ask about breakfast, was told it was a grab and go bag. Only thing available was a fig bar and granola bar. Very disappointing!

Facility was clean and comfortable. Decent sized refrigerator and microwave in the room. Good water pressure in the shower. Staff was nice.

The smell of weed all of the time was overwhelming. Also we ordered pizza from papa John's, and the delivery driver said it was against their rules to get.out of the vehicle past a certain time when delivering here, it was 830pm. He did not elaborate. But if the locals don't like it here it may be something to consider.

It was an older hotel but the inside was very nice and clean. The beds and bedding were great and the coffee was wonderful. They have done a good job of having laundry, ice machines, workout area and office equipment available.

Not the nicest part of town but had no issues at all. Elevators didn’t work but the owners have obviously remodeled the inside and are working out on the property.

Motel style hotel refurbished, everything is new in the room. Very good new towels. Room service every day. By car, it is ok to stay here and visit Baltimore. Trash cans in the bedroom, including bins for recyclable trash.

It's said that there is breakfast included, but actually there is a self service orange juice machine, a coffe machine and some protein bars to grab and go (and this is it). Even if my reservation was for queen beds, they are small beds (but comfortable).

The staff was kind and attentive. Very hospitable and great customer service.

Some of the guests can be loud and smoke in their rooms. The smell of the smoke is not pleasant and there is nothing I can do about it being in my room and it comes through. Also, the breakfast is just granola bars and juice or coffee.

The room was very clean. Nice setting in the room. Bed linen No complaints. PLEASE do not put my name on this review.

There were people smoking in the other rooms which affected my sister 's health. That was very disappointing . Someone must address this issue since on the website said that it was a non smoking location.

FALSE ADVERTISING OF INCLUDED BREAKFAST... ABSOLUTELY WORST "FREE" BREAKFAST EVER... REALLY NOTHING BUT GRANOLA BARS OR FRUIT BARS TO GO AND COFFEE OR JUICE...NO CHAIRS OR TABLES TO SIT...SET UP ON THE SIDE OF THE CHECKIN AREA.
