It's conveniently located and offers a gym, laundry facilities, and vending machines for snacks and drinks. The room had a full fridge and microwave, which it was great because many motels and hotels don't have.

Some things were limited. I couldn't use my own TV streaming device because the TV was mounted on the wall and I couldn't access the HDMI port. Another issue was that the air conditioner would automatically turn on and off, as if it were in echo mode. Also the air conditioner was a little dirty but it didn’t bother me

Breakfast? The location was quite satisfactory for my purpose as well as accessible to everything that I needed. (interstate, stores, etc.) The cleanliness and the appearance of the property and my room was beyond my expectations. I actually expected worse due to the age and the location.

The overall atmosphere and registration process did not make me feel too welcomed. I felt like I was paying for parking or something at a booth.

We had a maintenance issue that once informed they fixed right away. This was our second time here and we were greeted and treated well from start to finish for the second time despite the minor hiccup.

Some of the other guest only a few seemed to have a few personal issues so there was occasional commotion but it was handled quickly by staff and authorities. Also no designated smoking area.

I liked the fact that the hallway carpet did not smell of cigarettes the rooms are spacious and beds are nice and comfortable, they took the necessary precautions for pests control (THANK God i can't stand mice or roaches.) The staff is really nice housekeeper is friendly. I asked for more towels and soap. No problem. I enjoyed my stay.😁😃

The Wi-Fi goes in and out.. There's no breakfast on site. And the ice maker is broken.. The price fluctuates.

Location was excellent - walking distance from eating joints, mall and stores. Right on the main road. Staff was very helpful and quick. KK especially at the reception was very helpful.

Shower was finicky over the weekend due to many guests I think! :-D

The room was nicely laid out and exceeded my expectations last time I was out there I stayed at the Ramada and motel 6 greatly exceeded their quality.

The bathroom could use a little work, paint and the shower rod was held up by tape.

Easy to find outside Baltimore and close to the University of Maryland County. Next to a mall with several restaurants and supermarket, gas stations. Offering coffee or tea every morning. Microwave, coffee and fridge at the room. Small gym.

In 12 days they clean only once.

Location was perfect for our needs and it was brand new. It was also pet friendly.

Our room was located near the external entry door, so we heard the door banging at all hours as patrons came and went. There were also issues with the keys not working and having to be recoded. The staff was not at fault.

They don't serve breakfast but do have coffee available. Location was very convenient to Baltimore attractions.

Everything was good, clean, tidy, pleasant smell, good service

There is no light in the ceiling of the room, there is only light from lamps standing on the floor or fixed on the wall
