Our check in experience was wonderful! We fell in love with Asia, she was friendly and very helpful. My 16 year old daughter was with me and she kept telling me to call management and let them know how amazing Asia was!

Breakfast! Buffet was running low with lots of options missing. It was 45 minutes before breakfast was set to end. We were informed by staff that they ran out of food and would not be able to restock. 20 minutes later someone comes out and restocked the food. Staff was arguing with each other over who was supposed to do what. The poor lady making omelets took so long because she was alone and there were hardly any other food choices. It took almost 40 minutes to get an omelet.

My sister and I were in Baltimore for a Bruce Springsteen concert at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. We live within an easy drive but knew it would be a traffic nightmare driving home. We stayed at the Hilton Inner Harbor which is literally across the street from OP. Check in was a breeze. The room was immaculate with a gorgeous view of the Baltimore Clock Tower. The hotel was PACKED with fans! After the concert, the Hilton was VERY efficient in boarding concert goers on to the elevators! Although the line looked daunting, we waited not more than 15 minutes! All staff was very friendly and accommodating! We made the perfect choice!

No complaints or suggestions.

loved the convenience to the convention center

The noise level was ridiculous. I’m sure it’s hard to police but my god between the slamming of doors and running around at all hours of the night was terrible. The cost of literally everything. I ended up with a sick baby during my stay and $18 for a bottle of baby Tylenol was astronomical. $105 to park for the weekend was wild.

Staff was excellent, room, location, cleanliness, all good

Parking was ok. Staff helped us find a spot. There was no valet and many people paid for parking in advance due to the conference - many of which were only parking for that evening which was a big inconvenience for those of us who were actually hotel guests. We were able to find a parking spot after almost 30 minutes of riding around.

Very comfortable bed. Nice view. Quiet. Close location to ballpark and harbor

Coffee in the room is terrible Very disappointed hot tub out of order, one of the main reasons I chose hotel. However, the superfriendly manager gave me a small reimbursement since I couldn't enjoy a relaxing soak

We were staying overnight due to flight issues at BWI. They held our luggage overnight at the airport so we had no toiletries . We asked if we could get toothbrushes and toothpaste. They only had (1) toothbrush at check-in desk. Told us they would send to room. Never arrived. We called from the room as we waited for a pizza delivery. Still didn’t arrive.

Walking distance to M&T Bank stadium and the baseball stadium. Bed was very comfortable, and comforter and pillows were luxurious. Room was very clean. Coffee shop in the lobby is open 6am-9pm, a bonus for a caffeine junkie.

1. While I understand that check-in starts at 4, I've never been to a hotel where I had to wait until the very last minute to get a room. 2. The lock on the bathroom door was broken. One could tell that it was "fixed" many times before by the massive hardware on the sliding handicap-acceasible door, but the locking mechanism on one side was completely missing. 3. There is only 1 snack vending machine in the entire hotel, and not only is it tucked away behind the front desk, and also only takes cash.

Hotel was lovely and the location was fantastic. We also loved the pool, hot tub and sauna area. Café in the lobby with specialty coffee and snacks was super convenient and the "Golden Ticket" for use in the café that a staff member gave to our kids upon arrival was such a nice touch for them. All of the staff members that we encountered during our stay were super friendly and helpful,

We are a family of 4 so needed a room with 2 beds. The beds were only full size and really too small to comfortably fit myself and my husband. We did not sleep well during our stay. Would also have liked to see complimentary regular coffee available in the lobby.

The staff was amazing, breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms clean and stocked.

The shower had no pressure. We had to call security to the pool because the guests were so unruly and screaming so loud it was ear piercing. Was disappointed they allowed that to go on for as long as they did. The halls reeked off marijuana which wouldn’t have been a major issue except for the fact that we our child with us.
